Amazing customer service! If you're looking for a new mattress this is the place to go. We were greeted by Lori who was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products that they carry. She listened to what we were looking for and directed us to the mattress that best met our needs, not the most expensive. The stores great return policy is just icing on the cake.

Eve was phenomenal, from start to finish she was knowledgeable, up front and helpful. Recommend anyone looking for a new mattress go to Mattress Mart. Delivery was on schedule and very professional.

I walked in the store and Lori immediately greeted me. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me what I needed and a few other options to compare (you definitely want to go in person to try the mattresses). She had great customer service and explained that, even if I can't purchase it now, I can put money down. But honestly, I ended up buying it on the spot cause they're a family-owned business and she was so great with helping me and the mattress she recommended was VERY and within my budget. We first purchased a matress from the Matress Mart Kanata location 12 years ago.It has been one of the best matresses we've had. It's very confortable and whenever a family member has tried it, some of them were convinced they had to change their matress at home.The matress is still in great shape, as seen in the picture attached to this review. Believe it or not, the picture shows the 12 year old matress!Fast-forward 12 years and we found ourselves buying another matress from Matress Mart.Our new Kingsdown King size mattress is fantastic. Prices are competitive. No pushy tactics, no upselling and no non-sense.I went in to try the mattress during the pandemic, and Eva was professional, careful with safety protocols and very responsive throughout our purchasing process. She also clearly told us of current delays shipping beds, knowing she could lose the sale to a competitor. Thanks to her candidness we made an informed decision and decided to trust this company that has delivered for us in the past.The delivery system is also very efficient, you get a scheduled date and then an email informing you of a delivery window on the day it's happening. If only all companies were as respectful of customer's time!
