Alba Plumbing and Heating

Twice I have called up Alba plumbing and heating to help with plumbing issues. Both times they have been quick to respond and got me booked in right away. Outstanding service and skill. Solved the problems with ease, confidence and efficiency. I would highly recommend this company to help in any plumbing or heating situation. Very friendly and personable. Was at ease with my dogs which is always a plus. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Scott from Alba Plumbing is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, honest, easy to work with and priced fair. Usually it’s tough to find people you trust to do your service work but I have had nothing but positive experiences. Alba is definitely my go to plumbing company whether it’s for my home or my investment property, Scott gets the job done right

Not recommended! We hired Alba plumbing to reconnect some faucets and install some under mount sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms. Unfortunately our kitchen sink collapsed from the counter and he said he would come and repair it. It’s been about 2 months now and Scottie still hasn’t come to fix it like he said he would in his email to us. He doesn’t really follow his motto of upfront communication and no surprises!!! We are very disappointed and would not recommend his services.

My wife recently noticed a leak under our sink. Through some recommendations, I called up the business. It did go to voicemail (I guess he may have been at another call), but I promptly received a call back. Scott came by later that afternoon and determined that the problem was due to a leak in the hose. He did some research on the spot to figure out the exact part that was needed. Unfortunately, it needed to be ordered it. But Scott placed an order and got it in the next day and was able to repair it. He tested the faucet a few times to make sure that it worked and that there were no leaks.I found Scott to be friendly, yet professional. I also found him to be respectful of our home carefully moving items to get access to where he needed to get to. The tap works again and I haven't had any issues since.

Scott came to redo all the plumbing that was installed incorrectly with my brand new sinks and counters. He returned my voicemail in short order, and came to do the replacements the next day. Fabulous workmanship, great price, and a very lovely gent to boot. He’s the only plumber I’ll be using going forward. Five stars plus!

Scottie from Alba has been taking care of our apartment building for years. He always quick to respond, reasonable and friendly. He always gives us tips and advice and has saved us many a times. Does good job at fully explaining why and what hes doing.

Scott has helped me now in 4 emergencies. When the drains in production at work were overflowing, I couldn't get a hold of our usual plumber. Another plumbing company recommended Scott and now I only call him for plumbing emergencies. He is quick, professional and always calm in a crisis. His prices are the best I have seen, with excellent workmanship.

I am so impressed with Alba! I called them frantically and Scott came out to my house right away and fixed a leak for a fair price, a lower quote than the other two plumbing companies I had called first. He was kind, professional and worked efficiently - and fully cleaned up after himself which I don't find all contractors do. Scott was so sweet to my two pets who were all over him and had a good sense of humour. Next time I will call Alba first for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone!

My showerhead was leaking with the water off so sent a quote request through Google to companies near me.Scottie responded promptly with the best quote and came the next day (I contacted him on a statutory holiday). He came the next day and was able to solve the issue and I had him also fix an issue with the showerhead leaking with the water on.Very cool guy, gave me some information about my area since he grew up around here. Very likeable!

Scott was very friendly, informative and upfront with everything he was doing. Once he pinpointed the faucet as the cause of our leaky kitchen sink, there was no pressure or expectation to go through his inventory. He provided detailed recommendations for replacement faucets that are well priced and long lasting. Once he we had a chance to buy what we wanted he came back a few days later and installed it no problem.As other reviews have mentioned, they also have good knowledge of the condo towers within Coquitlam, which is a nice bonus. We will likely contact Scott first for any future jobs we might need his expertise on.
