People don’t make the same mistake I did especially when it’s your thali kodi. This store comparing other stores gave me a very competitive price and I went ahead. Everything went smooth I ordered the kodi, got it back with a little delay and took it to London UK to marry my fiancé now wife. My wife wanted a custom aaram so we went to a large jewellery store in the UK and out of curiosity we tested our thali kodi to see the purity of the gold. I was sold this kody as a 22k kody but the kody was not even 16 karat. I’m extremely outraged and upset about this, there is a reason this places price is lower than the competitors price.

I’ve recently purchase some jewelry from this store they gave me a nice deal and the staff was friendly and took their time to help my needs. If you are buying or selling gold I strongly recommend this store. I will go back again. Thanks!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR GOLD.My niece went to fix her 5 years old gold chain lock , they fixed it and charged her 50$ .BUT after few days she realised that her chain started changing color from the 3 spots which never happened in years.They did fix the lock but they have changed few parts ofh her old chain to artificial.

The worst... I would have given a big fat 0 stars!We walked in today at 8:25pm Sunday evening. (They are open until 9pm)We were looking to buy a baby bracelet. The guy who owns the shop didnt even acknowledge we walked into the store. He said a quick hi and got busy doing something else. We were waiting for him to show us the bracelets. He was not interested in selling anything to us. He then continued on call... on speakerphone. It wasn't a quick call he continued speaking to the person on the call. All of this happened in the 3 minutes we were in the shop. My Dad even asked if he can listen to what we are looking for and what we came for.I've experienced bad customer service but to completely ignore that there are paying customers ready to buy. Disgusting.*** Dont waste your time here...***

I went to get my daughter ears pierced. They were quick and efficient. They didnt waste time. My daughter is 1.5yrs old and she was super fussy but they were great with her.
