Dr. Abdul Qayyum Rana

I am happy with Dr. Rana's services. He provided me with all the information I needed with explanation and answered all my questions. While Dr. Rana is very good at what he does, his Medical Secretary Joan, is the best human being I have come across. She brings out the most positive energy in the room - she does not need to meet you in-person to feel the welcome she offers. I spoke to her on phone and instantly wanted to meet her. When I went to the clinic I met the smiley and happy Joan. If many Med Secs were like Joan, majority of the illness would be resolved without taking medication. Keep up the good job Joan and Dr. Rana.

dr.Rana showed zero respect and zero care about my condition. If I could give 0 stars I would terrible doctor.

Arrogant, unintelligent and disrespectful doctor who doesn't care about you. The receptionist is nice though.

Very cooperative, secretary is really helping, whenever call she always help and provide solutions.This clinic was recommended by my friend he always talk about their professional advice.Very busy location, parking may have issue but available at the back.Pharmacy and clinic are together and no worry about medication.Please plan ahead to drive.Dr Rana is highly qualified but little arrogant, anyway he knows his job.

Update: I changed my review rating because this doctor has no respect for his patients and the schedules he orchestrated. He shows up whenever he wants with no apologies. No manners at all. Sadly this is what our healthcare system is in Canada. There's no communication in terms of booking appointments, you're basically walking in blind here. Very misleading when you show up for your schedule appointment and have no clue why you're there. It's best to take the day off when visiting this doctor. Honestly I recommend seeing another neurologist.The clinic is located right in the same space as the pharmacy. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. The doctor is direct and to the point. He spends as much time as needed when with him. The appointment is not rushed, just have to be patient as the wait time is about 1 hour long, you're not taken in on your scheduled appointment time.
