First visit, and she was so nice!Welcoming, met my dog first and took the time to get to know him and his needs.Only down side, are the steep stairs to the basement groom area are hard for my old guy.Tub area is smart, with a shallow, chest high tub for ease on the groomer, and a ramp up for ease of the dog.Grooming table/room area was clean, smelled clean, and basic. Nothing to overwhelming, which is good for my dog!His groom was the best he has had! He was so soft and puffy!Reasonable price and timeline.

For the first time we bring our two dogs to Dawn, I just love my dog haircut poupoune cocotte just nail trim and hair under the paws ,thank you so much the perfect hair cut thanks Dawn you are amazing,I recommend you anytime

Unfortunately, i cant comment yet..i have called and left a message..my dog needs his nails trimmed.. due to COVID, it can be hard to get a hold of a business.

Dawn is an incredible groomer. We have been going there since 2012. She takes her time and really gets to know her clients (both two and four legged). Best groomer hands down!
