We highly recommend Green Geenie. They are some of the most professional people we have ever had the pleasure in which to do business. They are knowledgeable, thorough and responsive; their efforts above and beyond in helping us with a difficult attic remediation. A great company filled with truly caring people.

Green Genie did a great job. They finished the clean up quicker and less costly than the estimate. Well worth it. I had 1 issue with the cleaning but they came back right away and completed the job to my total satisfaction.

We run a local homeless shelter close to Downtown Buffalo. Our sewage pipe in the basement got clogged so we had to call a plumber to snake it. After the clog was removed, waste was everywhere and the stench was horrible! Called around looking for an estimate and Ray from Green Genie was super responsive, courteous and came out the same day. Gave us a fair estimate for a nasty job. We serve a nice size group in our shelter. The tech did an amazing job and the smell was all gone. We will definitely use them again.

This company was friendly, professional and trustworthy. They deep cleaned our new home (2600 square ft.) from top to bottom after we had some unforseen issues taken care of. They completed the job while I was at work. They did an amazing job and the price was just right! I would definitely recommend!!

I called Green Genie for a concern with a couple patches of mold in my attic crawlspace. I spoke with Ray over the phone who deemed the patch not to be an emergency as this is common by my description. Ray worked with my schedule to come out and inspect the mold in question and upon arrival was respectful of my wishes to remove his shoes. Ray educated me on the type of mold that it is and how to remove it as it was new enough not to need commercial remediation, he also explained to me that my crawlspace is improperly vented and I will need to do something about that to keep this from being an ongoing issue. Not once did he push any unnecessary service on me which I find to be a strong quality in any business. Green Genie has earned my business if I should need them in the future and I highly recommend anyone with a mold issue to give them a call first!

Got a phone call about a pipe bursting in our home while on our honeymoon. Brian was responsive and quick with the emergency cleanup. He was courteous to our house sitter and we can continue our honeymoon with our minds at ease about the situation.Thank you Green Genie!!!

Green Genie is amazing! We had an unexpected leak / flood / mold situation and we contacted them on a Tuesday morning. By that afternoon, John was at the house inspecting everything. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and talking to him made us feel so much better about what was happening. We had a quote by Wednesday afternoon and the team started with us on Thursday morning. They were timely, friendly, efficient, clean and took care of the whole problem in one day. John even called that evening to check in. I cannot recommend them enough. I would absolutely use them again.

I was very very pleased with the clean up of my already finished basement which had incurred 3-4 inches of water. They were able to come to my home the same day I contacted them.The clean-up crew came set up blowers and fans to dry out my basement and thankfully because of their quick response, I did not incur any mold!I would highly recommend them!Kathy from Lancaster
