was told it was gonna be an hour then waited over three hours, was also told I would be emailed a reciept and never was. once I called about it they said they would do it ASAP, that was over a month ago. I called them one more time and this timeJohn" answered I asked for the reciept to which he replied I gotta call the driver. I advised him that this was said last time and he immedialty hung up on me."

This towing company in the great white north is a hidden gem. Terry came, went above and beyond and only charged me $40…I was so pleased I paid twice that and he humbly accepted. Can’t say enough about good folks like this.

We were in Huntsville for the weekend and our battery went dead in our Hotel parking lot. Being so far from home and broken down on a weekend felt a little overwhelmed. Called Cottage Country Towing, they were there in 20 minutes and got me running. Not only that, the driver (Terry) lead us to the Canadian Tire across town just to make sure we made it. Car was fixed and weekend was saved. These guys are awesome!

WORST EVER EXPERIENCE! I needed an emergency tow for my car that had a flat tire. I call and ask can you get here right away I have an appointment for tires before 5pm. This was at 3:30pm. The guy said yes

I'm from out of town, and got caught in deep snow at the end of Camp Kitchen Rd. My car was stuck, the weather was so bad, that even CAA / Baseline Towing would not help. So, after attempting to dig ourselves out, we gave up and searched for more help. After contacting Cottage Country, Terry and his partner came to the rescue. They ultimately helped us pull my car out of 12 of snow that was iced underneath and hoisting my car off the ground... If it wasn't for their valiant and excellent service
