extremely rude customer service. just about nearly flat out refused to drive my boyfriend to the homeless shelter we stay at after his 12 hour shift, because (I) called for him. (he has no phone #). the staff asked for my destination up front on the phone and got increasingly frustrated at me when he realized the destination was the youth shelter. no taxi i’ve ever called has done that EVER. insinuated i was lying that my partner didn’t have a phone plan, because he used wifi to ask me to call him a cab. if you want to feel like a lesser being for being unhoused and needing a ride look no more kwik cab is your guy.

I called for a taxi to pick me up from Shoppers World and was told that it would take 20-30 minutes for a driver to pick me up. So I said fine, 40 minutes go by and still no taxi, i called back to see what was going on with my taxi and the dispatcher tells me I thought you didn't want it". At no point me saying fine meant I didn't want a cab. The dispatchers need to learn to listen. That's 40 minutes of wasted time I will never get back. Worst service......."

The service is good, only some taxis smell too much of sweat.

Terrible, rude drivers. Probably worst cab company in Brampton. Had a big problem with a driver today. Couldn't get through to customer. Different ppl answering trying to convince me why not to put a complaint in for their coworker. Driver took me the wrong way then tells me to shut up. Been using them for years. Never again. Way less frustrating from UBER.

Driver was condescending, rude and got extremely personal with me. For example he asked me personal questions that I deemed as inappropriate. He didn’t care or listen when I told him I was uncomfortable and did not want to talk to him. When I would speak up to defend myself - he continued speaking over me, interrupting me. I really wish that I didn’t call this company at all. Horrible service! When I complained to the company, I was given no apology and no refund. Nothing . I highly doubt the driver even got in trouble. When I complained, who ever answered the phone at their company was just really calm and didn’t seem interested at all in my bad experience. I shared and went into detail about what the driver had said to me and asked me. I was absolutely appalled that this company has no standards or morals for professional communication among drivers and customers. There is such a thing as decency and respect. If you are looking for a reliable / professional and courteous driver - this is not it. ….Call A1.

Just called today june 30 2023 the guy who answered the phone is very rude. I used to used this service all the time noelw I don't recommend it do jot use this company

Daytime dispatcher lady very professional and recognizes regular customers( $80 a week plus tips) I always call at 7pm Thurs-sat for return trip, but tonight(sun) a young guy told me there was no drivers working. If thats the case, dont waste your time calling after 7pm weekends.

I'm a regular customer and I had a few problems but when complaint one time but I don't take that cab driver anymore other than that I'm quite satisfied with them they know me and I know them and I like that I feel safe with them

Good service for Brampton and more reasonable than companies like uber or lyft because they negotiate flat rates and have insurance to cover any accidents if they happen

This is a bad cab company call and book they say ok coming then 15 min later nothing to call them back and they tell me I had called an cancelled, don't use this company they are people with no respect or common sense.
