I have been waiting to purchase a curve treadmill for years. I'm happy I waited to get one from Leap Sports. They have excellent customer service! I LOVE my new treadmill. It's sturdy and quiet. I also like this one because it has a tension setting, unlike some of the more expensive ones.

I was looking for a squat rack and found this company's website. Honestly, I was surprised to see a 3x3 upright tubing for a cheap price. Andy answered my emails and phone calls so quickly and we were able to easily setup a time for a curbside pickup appointment. He recommended any other products that suits my needs and won't try to sell me any equipment that is overkill for me. The squat rack and plate holder I bought are amazingly sturdy and I am very happy with my purchase.

I was suspicious at first because the prices were so good. Went to their warehouse to check them out and they had loads of equipment and each model has a sample floor model that you can check out and see. I bought a Smith machine and a bench and got a great price for both.They always answer the phone if you have questions and get back to you when you message them as well.Very happy with my buy. Highly recommend.

The product quality I'll give 5 stars and pricing I'd give 5 stars as well but the only downfall was the customer services; specifically their lack of communication.I ordered via their website and received a notification that I'll get a shipping update within 5 to 7 days. This was December 26, so obviously I assumed it would be a little longer than usual. On January 3rd I sent an email because other than my purchase confirmation email I didn't receive anything else. On January 13th I sent another email because I didn't receive a response from the previous and they finally responded. I was told I'd be notified when they're be delivering and because I live in a condo I requested at least 24 hours notice. Fast forward to January 18th, I received a call while at work telling me that my items are being delivered that day, no time window. I then asked for at least an hour notice which they provided.Luckily I managed to make it home and secure the moving elevator as it was previously booked by someone else. When they got there and started unloading, then they said they don't deliver to condo units, so it's my responsibility to load and unload the elevator (full power rack, 2 barbells, a bench, flooring as well as a pair of 45s, 25s, 15s and 10s). Don't get me wrong, I have no issues with company policy, my issue is not being informed in a timely manner so the relevant arrangements could have been made. I'm one person with no moving equipment hence the reason I paid for delivery!Other than that, the product quality great, it's solid equipment, it's just unfortunate the experience I had. Hope this helps you guys!

Ordered the multi use smith machine and multi use bench. I set them both up by myself, the smith machine was intricate with many parts but everything was there. I won’t lie it took me all day to set it up but it was so worth it. Once it was built, it’s a solid piece of equipment, and great quality. I would highly recommend! Great value.

Great customer service. Two days after my initial conversation with the warehouse my power rack with lat pulldown was delivered to my door; in the elevator, up seventeen floors and left right at my door. These guys are the best. Couldn't be happier with the product either. Great power rack and at a great price. If I need any fitness equipment in the future, these guys will be my go to. Great job.
