I've only used their online shop but Becky and her team are WONDERFUL!!! They have been great at answering my MANY questions and have helping make decisions easier by sending lots of pictures and opinions/suggestions. Colors on a monitor aren't always the same IRL and so appreciate the help and support they offer. Will def be shopping here again and would highly recommend to everyone!!

My first experience was receiving fabric as a gift from my daughter. I loved the quality and Hannah personalized a note to my daughter for the order. I have since purchased online for myself. The colours of fabric on the website are true. The quality and selection are excellent. I was extremely happy with the whole end-to-end experience! And, the handwritten thank you is a really nice touch.

ordered some knits on-line through their website - shipped and arrived quickly! They even emailed to ask if I'd like the end of the roll of one item, instead of just cutting my order and wasting that remnant. Excellent service.
