Andrew & Shelley's NOFRILLS Toronto

This is the cleanest, most organized, well-stocked No Frill’s I’ve been too. The variety of options from produce, to meat (great butcher!!!), to seafood, to international options is vast. This is not the closest No Frills to me but would always make the travel. I often see Andrew walking around and stocking up the shelves and other goods too. Very pleasant, he always greets you hello in passing. He also clearly has a great relationship with his colleagues as I often see a lot of his staff go to him for assistance or inquiries. My favourite No Frills!

Great products. Wide variety of international foods. Friendly staff. Plus: there is a Walmart/Dollarama/Marshalls in the Mall in case you don't find something here.

There is a very rude employee named Dean here. I can overhear him bossing his coworkers around for no reason but his own opinion on them working too slowly. Then his body language as he watches customers makes them feel intimidated and the shopping experience just horrible. The groceries prices are decent.

I bought $6.00 of ground beef on the 4th with expiry of the 7th. It was so rancid when I opened it. I took it back to No Frills and I didn’t have the receipt. I just wanted to exchange it. Customer service said that she absolutely can’t give a refund or exchange. Her manager apparently told her the same. I called Customer service who said they can’t do anything but can file a complaint. So No Frills basically stole $6.00 from me. I left the meat there. For $6.00 No Frills has lost a loyal customer. I did my groceries there weekly. Not ever again.

I have been going to this no frills for many years. I have never had any trouble before today. Not only did a old cashier dismissed my points card when I held it out to be scanned along with money. She took the money without scanning the card. When I asked her to scan the card, she lied to my face saying, “you need to use you receipt online to get the points.” I have been using pc optimum for many years, I had a digital offer so I know the card had to be scanned. When I asked her to scan my card again, she printed out the receipt and charged me extra. When I called her out she ignored me to chatted with a customer that was in front of me. She wouldn’t return my money and refused to scan my card.What was she thinking? Her manager won’t praise her just because she got some extra cash. And that cash won’t be going into her pocket. Definitely needs to learn how to respect people and some customer service training.

I used to love this no frills, been going to it for over 10 years but for about 2 years I keep purchasing fruits and vegetables and they have expired or are rotten. I just purchased pc organic carrots I opened the package and they are mushy. The other time I bought meat and when I opened it, the meat had blue spots all over it. I won’t be going back to this no frills.

My daughter was having a great day that was ruined by the employee at this NoFrills.She was incredibly happy and wanted to use her coupon to buy some ice cream on her own. She loves doing adult" things and I gladly support it. But when she came to meet me after

It's always busy with too many lineups. I don't understand why they don't open up all of the self checkouts instead ofkeep half closed. Most of the staff are friendly. Customer service could be a bit more customer focused. Be nice if they took better care of their plants and flowers inside the store.

Excellent variety of fish and meat. I was surprised. Cheaper price for chicken in comparison with No Frills on Alberta St. But vegetables and fruits are more expensive and significantly lesser. The same situation with milk, salt, and chips. In overall great store.
