In the 15-20 minutes I was there I watched multiple employees that were in the back preparing food pull their phones out then go back to cooking without even sanitizing their hands , I even watched one employee stick there finger in a bowl lick it then go back to preparing someone’s order. I didn’t see one person wash their hands but they were touching their faces, phones everything. I sat there and waited for my order and 5 minutes after it was placed on the counter the employee who was working the front counter was like ‘what was the name on your order?’ And we told him and he was like oh sorry I didn’t notice. Amazing food but hygienic wise this place is not it.

I normally really enjoyed these guys. Especially their chicken strips. They were alway really tender and meaty. I ordered them last night and they were like crunchy, old store bought frozen chicken fingers. Really gross honestly. The bone in wings I got tasted alright but I got the sense they something was just off. I don't know if they changed ownership or something recently but they are not the same at all.

Tried calling 3 times to place an order for pick up. No answer. Excuse me?? I don't want to sit there and wait for 20 minutes. I want to order then drive there and it be ready when I get there. What kind of business doesn't answer their phone??? An unprofessional one that's what.

I ordered them off of Skip. They took alittle over an hour to get here even though it's about a 13-minute drive. I'm not sure if this is the average, considering Skip said 30-45 minutes. They handle their own deliveries. The person who showed up had a passenger who was vaping in the car. I was alittle unsure having my food in such an environment. I'm not planning on ordering again anytime soon. But I would not be aposed to a personal pick up order.

Amazing service. Not sure if we messed up the order online or if it was a mistake on their end, however they happily replaced and delivered in under half an hour with the correct wings and sauce! Got to try dry ribs in sauce which was unexpected but very suprised with the quality, moist, tender and no fat. Employees on the phone were kind and delivery drivers were kind and efficient!

Great food - Horrendous delivery.Ordered a wing combo along with a few other items on a Friday night, order wasn't confirmed until about 6pm (made sense, Friday nights are busy for food deliveries, etc;)Didn't receive our order until 9PM. Even had to call the restaurant around this point to be assured all the orders were out for delivery and sure enough it arrived about 5 minutes later.Fortunately the food was great as it always is, but until their delivery service is fixed and they get actual Skip drivers to handle their orders - I won't be ordering for delivery anymore.

Ok. So. Flavours are interesting, there’s a TON to choose from. However, I suggest getting the sauce on the side, the meat was pretty soggy. The poutine was delicious!Food was kinda cold when I got it, but eh, it happens! I suggest picking up for the best quality.Oh! And definitely try their edible cookie dough!

When you get through and are able to place an order they are good. The problem is delivery has about a 50% screw up rate and you are commonly put on hold and never answered or you just can't get through because of a constant busy signal.It's too bad because they have a lot of potential if the owner would just straighten out the systems to make ordering easier/possible. Can't imagine how much money they miss out on every day as a result

I've ordered here a few times. The person at the front is always so friendly! I never have to wait for long. The order is always accurate. The food is good, although my only issue is how sometimes they choose to sometimes put a small amount of sauce in the chicken or just enough.
