Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Please avoid by all means. I rented a car from them in Feb. 2022. I received an email back in Nov. 2022 that I owe them $240 for a speeding ticket and that they have been sending me since June, 2022. I never received any emails before Nov. 4th and asked multiple times to forward me these emails but they ignored this request. To cut the story short, they asked me to file an appeal with the city and wait till they respond. I did that and was waiting. Unfortunately, I found them sent my case to a collection agency. Have been a loyal customer for almost a decade now but will never rent from them again.

Would give zero stars if I could.After suffering a horrific traffic accident my insurance booked me a car to this company - had to call back multiple times this week to see when the vehicle would arrive, each time they said they would call me.I called today and was put on hold until close, and then they hung up on me.Have called multiple locations (including the airport) and all have the same answer - no inventory.I am extremely disappointed in this company as a simple call could have notified me to look elsewhere for rentals. Now it is Friday night and I’m scrambling to find someone who can help me before everything closes this weekend.I’m screwed because I assumed this company would do it’s job.

This enterprise car rental is one in a million! the staff here are wonderful including the Manager Mr. C. whom was a ray of sunshine. They were highly attentive, professional and articulate with my requests, questions and concerns regarding my rental. Which made my experience with enterprise superb. I’m grateful to have been sent here, I knew I was in good hands. From the selection of fine vehicles to the immaculate customer service skills. This enterprise beats all of the other locations in town. 5+ stars.

I had a great experience with Enterprise at 550 Dealership Dr, Ottawa. Gaurav and Brianna provided outstanding service. I needed to rent a vehicle for a month and visited the location once to exchange cars. They were extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone. The worst service do not rent a car from this establishment. The manager Gaurav lies and manipulates situations. He rented me a car with no winter tires in the middle of January in ottawa. The car got stuck in a snow back requiring CAA. He then behaved as if he was doing me a favour by covering the cost ans admitted their fleet should have winter tires. I lost two days of my rental. The only car they have available with winter tires was a suv and he never reviewed with me that it would cost me more. He said nothing provided thr car then even though it was returned early I was then charged $300 dollars and when confronted he talks over me and lied about what occurred. He is incompetent and disrespectful in the way he conducts himself with clients. He made no effort to remedy the situation. Do not give them your business.

Ellie and Emma were excellent ambassadors of this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I hadn't booked a reservation and dropped my vehicle off right after the storm causing an influx of customers {smart ones who booked in advance}. Ellie and Emma helped me out on the spot and I was underway in minutes in my rental. I highly recommend this location even if you are not dropping your vehicle off at Myers Carstar Barrhaven. Well done E & E!

The manager is so rude and she has ZERO RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMER! First she didn’t have anyone attending at the location , and someone from the workshop had to call here then she start talking on the phone and Didn’t even give you a chance to say what you want to say what you came here for, but you off in middle and refuse to listen in the end She gave away my reserved / (paid for already) car to someone else and her excuse was I couldn’t reach you, although my booking was done through travel agency which they can reach to it !! What an unqualified manager… definitely not coming here!!!!

Absolutely awful experience. Cars smell like smoke or have damage. Dealer is misleading and nonresponsive-errors on contracts, not giving you a chance to review your contract, withholding information. Reviewing to try to save someone else the headache - AVOID this location.

Great service, the manager and the people working there are nice. I am glad we have a rental company in Barrhaven!!

I booked a car in more than a week in advance. They called me 2 hours before picking up the car (8 AM) saying it's not available.The only suggested alternative was an incomparable car that might be (or not) available sometime afternoon that day.2 stars instead of 1 only because my two previous experiences were passably. But this one was the last.
