This Company is Terrible , this is my Second Time Having my package delivered by them and they are always saying that The delivery Was attempted but their Drivers ran into an issue " with no specific explanations. Even if you give them a delivery instruction they dont follow it

Accurate with their delivery times and the updates they provide are great. I especially appreciate when they send an email letting me know, not only that it will be delivered that day, but the block of time I should expect delivery to be made I.e “your package will be delivered within the next 3 hours” - Convenient for those times you may need to use the item that day but aren’t sure if it will arrive in time ex. I was hoping for an adaptor to arrive before 3pm or else I’d need to go buy one and this kind of update helped me plan accordingly.

Horrible service ! I have 4 VERY CLEAR signs to not leave packages at the front door since it's in front of a boulevard and they still always leave it there. I even received broken things as they were shoved in my mailbox..I did 10 complaints over the year and it still happens! PLEASE READ THE SIGNS !!

Awful company! Terrible customer service. We always have issues with Intelcom. We’ve had packages delivered in snowbanks, our lawn has been destroyed by a driver’s poor driving, and countless of late deliveries. Customer service never knows what to say - seems as though there are no repercussions. So very frustrating as a customer. If I could pick another courrier, I would.

I get Amazon deliveries every week, sometimes multiple times per week. Delivery is always be Intelcom and I honestly have nothing but praise for my local driver. They go out of their way to try and shield my packages from the elements as my house has minimal overhang, and that is so appreciated. Deliveries are always ontime and sometimes even days early. Can't really expect better service from a courrier.

Very unhappy with intelcom. If you are going to be a preferred carrier for Amazon, at the very least try to be picking up and delivering packages at all times. Twice now Fulfillment By Amazon has sent packages to be delivered by Intelcom by a certain time and twice now the delivery has been delayed. Both were ordered with 1 to 2 day shipping expected to be delivered by Sunday at a certain and twice now the deadline has failed to be met. The first time, the package even failed to arrive
