staff seems a little overwhelmed at times but they do their best :)

Every time I order something. The mailman just walks up and throws a tag on the door. Doesn't knock or ring the doorbell they don't even try to deliver. Why do we pay for it to be delivered when we always have to go pick it up.

The young lady working here is very friendly and helpful, whereas the older lady is rude to both me and her coworker

This Post Office location in Shoppers Drug Mart North on 26th Ave, is the best! The lady who works there full time during the weekdays goes above and beyond for me, I’ve also noticed for others as well. I’ve gone there many times when she is extremely busy and there is a bit of a line up and never ever does she get frustrated. She handles each and everyone one of us, in a timely but thorough manner and is always friendly. I myself admit that when I am overwhelmed, I can be reduced to tears, but not her. I apologize for not knowing this lady’s name and wish I did, but she is almost always there during the day on weekdays. I hope that doesn’t change.

Not this location (at least not staff I deal with) but Canada post service has been going down hill in the last year. Northside delivery as been very bad and the head office just makes excuses, I hope they see this along with my service tickets and fix the issues. We have pay good $ for delivery and it so intermittent
