Chamberlain Septic & Sewer

We called them on a Sunday Night and they made room for us Monday am for an emergency we were having. Chamberlain was very professional. Definitely will use again in the future.

Chamberlain provided excellent service, professionalism, and were courteous. They are very knowledgeable and we’re able to diagnose the problem quickly. Very reliable.

As a realtor I experienced the worst service ever with this company. They were hired to pump and inspect a septic and leach field for a client. After pumping out a septic tank from a small hole I was expecting the guy to put a camera in for the inspection. Instead, he said he did not have a camera but that he could stick his head in and it looked good to him. The hall was obviously smaller than his head and I did not appreciate the response at all. Then he had the audacity to get angry at me for expecting a proper septic inspection. Don't ever use this company for your clients! They will not get a true inspection and it may cost them thousands of dollars in which case they're going to sue you for after it closes and the septic fails. Bad service and rude doesn't get much worse.

FANTASTIC SERVICE when our septic backed up. They responded promptly and problem was quickly solved. Highly recommend this professional and competent company. Can't thank them enough for responding and fixing a very uncomfortable situation.

Very pleased. We've needed them several times this past year, and they are always friendly and helpful. I really appreciate everything they do, especially since it's usually some form of an emergency on our part. Great people!

Dean and his team from the office down to the guys in the trenches are absolutely fantastic. They all take the time to explain things and they did an incredible job with minimal collateral damage to my lawn. Let's face it - they are doing work that most wouldn't want to do - but they take pride in the process from start to finish. From 1-10 they are a 20!!

I would not recommend!! Met with Dean for a quote on a new septic system in June....needing the new system by mid September. He assured me that was plenty of time & strung me along for months without actually committing to a start date. I called & texted almost weekly to follow up, always reassured I was on the schedule. Come September- he stops answering my calls and now I'm set to start a whole house renovation which will need to be delayed to find a new company. Not reliable!!

Called multiple times, The owners son came out to pump our tank and inspect it. Said he knew us and was very friendly until it came time to getting a quote. Day after day we had to call and try to get a response. Unfortunately they didn't seem to interested in helping or giving us a quote. When we finally got the owner on the phone (dad) they said give me a minute and quoted us $2500 with out even looking at it like the son said they would the next day. I asked why was the price so high he said i'm not digging anything by hand when the son said it would be dug by hand and would be relatively cheap to fix. Clearly just lack of communication, and knowledge when it comes to customer satisfaction and pricing.

Working with Chambelain was a breeze. The ladies in the office were so patient and pleasant to deal with.I also had the pleasure of having Josh, do the septic inspection and pumping. He called when he was on the way over and when he was done. He was so polite and respect both times I had to talk with him. He let me know when I would he getting the finial report as well. I let him know I wasn't going to be there and where the tank was located.I will be using them again for sure! Thank you, Josh! 5 stars to you.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. It took several days to even make an appointment. I was told I'd get a call back, but never did.They scheduled an appointment almost a week out and then didn't bother to show even though I had told them I was worried my tank was backing up. When they called to tell me they wouldn't be coming, I was told they could book an appointment another 5 days out! I told them that was unacceptable. After being placed on hold, I was told they would be there. Then not half an hour later I received a very rude voicemail from the owner, Dean, saying that they'd be there the next day. Granted it was a very hot day... I definitely didn't want his employees to overheat. I understood the need to reschedule. I had problem with the fact they were trying to reschedule for 5 days out instead of making me a priority and for the rude voicemail I received.Once the truck drivers actually came, they couldn't seem to get their truck to pump right, they dug extra holes in my yard (my husband had already dug it out), smoked in my backyard. They had the nerve to charge me for digging the extra hole that they didn't use and for an additional hour of labor.Overall this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
