Highly recommend this clinic. As a new patient they were communicative and compassionate. My cats were treated respectfully and with empathy. Staff were lovely. Vets are extremely knowledgeable and explained any and all findings. Thank you for your excellent care!

Highly recommend. I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy. Dr.Arteaga and Amanda are the best! I never feel upsold or pressured. All the staff are extremely trustworthy and honest. Best care in the GTA for your pet!

I have nothing but praises and high recommendations for this vet clinic. The ENTIRE team is extremely caring, loving, professional and friendly everytime we visit, and we do quite often with 6 cats. The entire process from confirming appointment, to the actual visit, to the aftercare service makes our every visit over and above satisfactory. They will work with you on the plan for each of your pet and provide professional and useful advice. They all treat and love our cats as their own and provide great care when our cats visit them.Frankly I think they deserve only 5 star reviews and nothing less.

Had a great experience here. Didn't feel obligated or upsold to do any extra work and the doctor informed me very well and explained things with great detail. As you can see my kitty was super chill and felt comfortable the entire time. They have a designated area for cats and dogs to wait separately while the doctors call in the room for visits but the area is open. I'm happy with the service.

This would have been my third visit to this clinic which I would describe more as a haunted house, decrepit and in a bad state all around. The previous 2 times I was really positively impressed by the lady doctor that consulted my dog, so I ignored the place looking very bad.I booked an appointment for my dog who has been limping for a while and was really looking forward to receiving some care for her and possibly some answers as to what her ailment was from. None of that was possible, however because of the situation that followed. They wanted to charge me another consultation fee which was not discussed in the original quote, so I was waiting for the doctor to provide required answers as to why the pricing had changed. What I got instead, was an aggressive, extremely unprofessional interaction from a man who was charging at me, shaking, filled with anger as he approached me and my dog. He never introduced himself, and I didn’t recognize him from any previous visits. He started speaking to me with an extremely rude and loud tone, ordering me to move my car if I want his services. I was perfectly parked in one of their 6 micro spots in that lot, but another customer had parked on essentially two spots, such that apparently after I parked, she could not climb into her own car.Interestingly whilst we were waiting for this individual to deal with my dog, she (the other client) was making small talk to me, pet my dog, smiling. This same man who had still not identified himself, continued to scream at me saying that he will not look at my dog until I move the car. He looked so aggressive and his tone was one of madness that my dog felt threatened so I said don’t want you to, you’re not my dog’s doctor anyway and I asked the receptionist about Dr. ANG, which I found out was off. This situation seemed to be escalating, so in an effort to de-escalate, I went to move my car and he followed me. As I was taking my dog back out from the now moved car, the man once again assumed a stature as if he was about to fight, and with a trembling loud voice, stated that my dog and I are not welcome in HIS clinic and he is refusing to consult her. I had to ask multiple time for his name and reluctantly he eventually did provide it, claiming that he is the owner of the clinic.I wanted to call the police because I felt really threatened by his tone and attitude but then he claimed that it was his clinic, that he owned the place and I was dissuaded because of this.Nevertheless, the fact that this Mr. Arteaga felt the need to publicly intimidate me, a current client, and do so in the presence of his staff was shocking to me. What is, however, truly horrifying is that he refused to treat an animal who has been suffering for weeks, had no aggression toward him or his staff, and needs care. He refused to treat her because of a trivial parking issue outside of his clinic, which was a situation created by everyone other than me and my dog.I would remind this individual of the oath he took when deciding to become a vet, which states in part: I will strive to promote animal health and welfare, relieve animal suffering, protect the health of the public and environment, and advance comparative medical knowledge.... I will practice my profession conscientiously, with dignity, and in keeping with the principles of veterinary medical ethics.....and to maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for myself and the profession.

We were able to get appointments quickly and had a good experience with our cats. The staff appear to be competent, diligent, and fond of animals. They also have a few pets for adoption.

I've been with Dr. A and this clinic for years; 3 cats, 1 dog. The front desk staff, the manager, and Dr. A have been more than helpful. My dog has been through multiple surgeries (bad luck) and Dr. A always looked at avoiding surgery whenever possible while looking for the best interest of my pets. They are knowledgeable, understanding, and most of all helpful. I can call in, ask a question and know I'll get a genuine response within the day. Long story short, Dr. A has been my go-to for years. He's explains situations in a way that I can digest information and will provide me options that make sense in simple terms without going into doctor-esque language that may not be client friendly. Simple, efficient, and honest. 5 stars

All the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful with our baby Jules every time we visited. We brought her in for her spaying surgery at 7 months old, she healed after 2-3 weeks and did not seem to be in any pain or discomfort the entire time while her E-collar was on! She loves getting all the attention and love from everyone whenever she comes in, thank you always for your help!

I took my Maltese in to have a sanitary trim. The doctor ended up giving my pup a bad razor burn at the back of his nuts. Poor guy was jumping every 15 seconds in pain. After a day a black mark developed confirming the burn. While the receptionists may be super duper friendly (esp. Cameron & Hope) beware when considering the docs for grooming. Even though they offered me a full refund, I just can’t bare the thought of the same thing happening to other fluffy doggies.Photos depict before and after*

I had to bring my cat in recently as I didn't have a regular vet we were seeing. Bridletowne was able to take him right away for a quick check up, after he had been diagnosed with feline urinary tract disease. I'm always sceptical with certain vets, as most that I've found are be better with dogs. Although, I'm very happy with the service here. All the staff was friendly and helpful with my cats first visit. He's very shy and skittish, but the team here took all the time they needed to make sure we had a pleasant visit. We will definitely be returning in the future! ☺️They also had a cute friend up for adoption his name was Kevin. So if you're stopping by, if he's still there, and you want a furry friend to adopt, he was lovely! ♥️
