Fielding Estate Winery

We reserved a wine dome for lunch today, but it was so warm we chose to eat at an outdoor table. I really like this winery, we’ve always enjoyed starting the Graze the Bench here. Our server was great, the cherry cider was surprisingly good (as are the others), and the food from the truck was good. I know we will be back.

It was ok. We went specifically for the ciders which weren't bad. And the views were stunning. But very little information about the winery or its products from the server. The staff are very hands off and not at all like other places. If you just want a place to relax and drink wine, this is a good location. But if you're looking for the full experience, you won't find it here.

Loved the view, the wine and the charcuterie board.I wish they had a menu of other food items too but all in all loved their wine.

We had a winter wine tasting under one of their domes. We enjoyed a cheese plate and several very nice wines. It was sunny, and hot!! We returned home with several wines which we'll enjoy over the summer. We've been before and we'll be back again!!

A fantastic experience!At the beginning of March, my husband and I arranged for a last-minute date in a Wine Dome at Fielding Estates in Beamsville. We had a wonderful time! We called and booked the last time-slot of the day, which was from 4:00 PM until 5:30 PM. The dome was very spacious for the two of us, and there was seating for six people. It was also heated, so it was warm and cozy. There were blankets at each chair, just in case the weather turned colder.Our dome was located nearest the winery building, so we had an excellent view of the vineyards, of the pond that was adjacent to the building, and also of Lake Ontario in the distance. That afternoon was a mix of sun and clouds, so the weather cooperated for us!The service was impeccable. Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Within minutes of arriving at the winery's bar, we were escorted to our dome. Our server showed us how to operate the heater, and explained the menu. There isn’t a restaurant at the winery, so a cheese tray and a charcuterie board were the only food options. My husband and I ordered a charcuterie board; he ordered a flight of red wine; and, I had a glass of lemonade. My husband even ordered a second glass of red wine, as he enjoyed the wines he had tasted in the flight. Everything was delicious! And, the price was very reasonable as well.As the sun started to set, the scenery was stunning.This was a very romantic date in the late afternoon on a Thursday. I’d highly recommend the Wine Domes at Fielding Estates! We’ll be back, for sure. : -)

A nice winery to sit outside and enjoy with friends. Our server explained to us the wines we asked about and made recommendations, but was otherwise very hands off. Brought out all the glasses poured, no additional information or stories were shared. Again, if you are looking to enjoy wine with your friends and have a visit with a beautiful view outside with nice wine, this is the ideal location. Missing the personal touch for us, so our rating reflects that.

Enjoyed our afternoon in the wine igloos, such a beautiful spot and it snowed when we were there making so pretty outside! A must do and the fantastic wine was the showstopper! Will definitely be back

Love the wine, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The ambiance and setting is also amazing! My party and I only wished there were other food options other than just charcuterie.

A fantastic experience for us on Canada Day! Not only are Fielding wines delicious and well-priced, the owners were savvy enough to partner with a spectacular food truck that offered amazing lunch options....very innovative compared to their local competitors that are just serving wine! We've been customers for years, and will continue to visit Fielding Winery as there customer experience is top priority for them.

Had a great time trying out their wine tasting snow domes! Although you’re surrounded by numerous other domes, you really don’t hear people around you which makes the experience feel more private. Nice selection of wine and the charcuterie was great! Each dome has a space heater and blankets which definitely helps but you’ll still want to dress warm just in case!Would definitely do it again. ☺️
