Tried ordering on skip and noticed that pickles were not listed as a topping for a Shawarma, which is shocking because pickles is the most important topping in a shawarma. So I call them and they tell me we put them in by default. Then I tell them, okay expect an order on skip that will be classic style. Just pickles and garlic sauce. They say okay when I get my order, my sandwich is stuffed with lettuce and tomatoes. Basic instructions were not followed.

Been here a few times and food is always awesome. Good size portions and decent price. The chicken shawarma plate is overpriced at $17 for what you get, but the Felafel wrap at $8 and shawarma wrap at $12 are decent value.Service is good, the place is a little hot so you won't want to eat in.

Been here many times and overall they made my order how I like it. As with everything prices have increased, so no surprise there. The food is tasty and they have a great apple drink. They have messed my order up twice by adding sauce but overall I am giving 5 stars because portion is good size, staff is friendly, they toast the shawarma really well and don't charge extra for feta as some places do. Will keep coming back here for as long as I am in London. Note we found recently they are not open on Sundays.

Awesome food. I'd love to know the recipe for the wrap please. Thanks. It's taste and texture is amazing addicting flavor and it's yummy. I live nearby and I was just there yesterday getting 2 shwarma. Good flavor. I highly recommended this place to many. Authentic taste. Friendly service.

We had several issues with this restaurant. Upon arrival, I asked for the menu and was provided with one. Once we confirmed and placed our order, the price was higher than we figured. We asked and was told that the menu is old and the new prices are on the board. Wish he told us prior to ordering. We ordered the Shawarma Guys special and the falafel plate. First off, there was nothing special with the Shawarma Guys special. The plate had more rice than actual chicken. Also, the rice tasted stale. We also asked for salad on the platter as we were paying more than the ordinary platters. We were denied and said there is no salad for this special. My wife had an upset stomach the next day and we called the restaurant to express our disappointment, and we were given a simple sorry". I do not recommend the shawarma guys special."

I’ve heard many good things about this place about the size and taste of food. We ordered the family platter, 2 schwarma and lg fattoush salad - I guess I’m lost and super disappointed why this place is busy. The serving was minimal for a family of 4. The fattoush salad was a lot of sad soggy leaves, leftover stump of the lettuce core and terrible oily sauce. The schwarma had meat but there was barely any vegetable toppings which I usually look forward to and minimal sauce. The platter had dry tasteless rice and meat. The fries was the only thing the kids would eat. The single pita they gave was only enough for 1 adult. I’ve had way better quality and portions at Barakat, tahini and other places in London and definitely 1000% better in Toronto. Won’t be back and I’d recommend anywhere else in London for better quality, portion and value.

Taste wise, it was good, it wasn’t the best I ever had but, I was pleasantly satisfied. However, the food falls short with pricing. $19+ for a Shawarma plate that has 2 scoops of rice, 2 scoops of protein, and a small salad… EXTREMELY overpriced.Service was fine, atmosphere was fine but, extremely hot in the store and, you’ll likely never want to dine-in.Would probably recommend if you purchase something other than the plate.

First time ordering from here and went for pickup. The 2 staff were engrossed in their conversation across the front counter with 2 stools pulled out in front. They stayed seated and made it feel as if I was bothering them. Didn't feel welcomed here at all.I found the meal to be overpriced and the portion quite small. Costed me $11+tax for just what you see in the picture.The food box was packed tight mostly with pickled vegetables, heavy sauces and rice. The chicken felt more like a garnish than part of the meal.Don't get me wrong, each ingredient had a good flavor but they're clearly needs to be improvement before ordering here again.

If you like your chicken to be more crispy and cooked you should definitely go to shawarma guys. They actually use fried chicken in the wrap and the quantity is also a good portion. If you take it in a plate you won't have space to mix the whole thing that's the amount of stuff they put in.
