I would never be back for this store anymore. Customer service was terribly rude and unprofessional. If I could rate this store 0, I would.My boyfriend bought a necklace which cost over $200 for me on the valentine day, but I didn't like the style so we brought it back to the store and wanted to return in cash. It was on the Wednesday, Feb 22nd. The whole mall was slow because of the freezing rain on that day. There were literally no customers in the store and I came in to return the necklace but they said they can only do the refund in gift card. So I decided to exchange to a different style of necklace. But then the sell woman check my necklace that I brought and told me that I missed a box of packaging in there. How rude the sell woman was when she wouldn't be bother to show me which kind of box is that, and kept telling that she couldn't do anything for me if I don't have the box. Even I have my receipts and necklace box with the necklace ready in hand, but I still couldn't do the exchange or refund because I missed 1 box :)).I went back home and check for that box but couldn't find it, so I came back the 2nd day which is on Friday, Feb 24th with a thought that I'm willing to pay for the box that I lost to exchange for another necklace. I met another sell woman and this woman was nicer than the one that I met last time. She showed me and told me that how that box was important to be kept for return and exchange because the box has the pictures and some kind of series number of the necklace. She told me to come back on Tuesday, Feb 26th to see the manager to find the better ways to fixed my situation.But I didn't find it understandable that I had the receipt of the necklace with me and none of them even check it up on there system, if the system would not save the information of the necklace then why would they tell my boyfriend to keep the receipt not the box? Moreover, if they are worried that my necklace is fake, they could have known how to identify their necklace. I'm pretty sure that my necklace is not the only and unique one in the store. It was really ridiculous that they keep making me to come back again and again just for their unprofessional service. I am busy with my schedule and plans as well and they think just only their time is important? Overall I understand that they didn't want to help me at first, they just wanted to trick the customers to not let them do the return or exchange if they lost just 1 of the out wrapping box :)).Highly not recommend everyone else to come and shop here if you don't want to have a very poor experience like me!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ANY BRAND IN THE MARKET.ordered a product with store pickup, week before my friend’s birthday, and it got sent back to Germany as the store was closed. Spoke to customer service agent and they arranged for express delivery which is ‘supposed’ to take one-two days to deliver..failed to keep that promise.Funniest part is I’m still waiting for the product and they tried to compensate with 25$ Gift card.

Avoid Kitchener Fairview Swarovski!!!I have recently purchased the Gemma Necklace which cost pretty $$$. The sales girl who sold the necklace was a nice person but she packed the wrong necklace. She did call back apologized for her mistake and asked me to come and pick up the right necklace (it is human to make mistake and I agreed to make 40 KM round trip). When I went to Fairview Swarovski, Kitchener, the store manager misbehaved and she implied as if I was trying to steal.My experience with Swarovski Fairview has been very poor and if you are planning to buy Swarovski, I will recommend to avoid the Fairview Store.

If I could Give it less then one stars I would. Horrible horrible staff I believe they need to be re trained on customer service or hire other staff. No compassion nor do they try and make their customers happy. Tried to exchange something and they did not want to even though they had the same thing in stock. They were not losing anything for me to exchange anything, they would have probably gained as I would have purchased more product. Never going back. Get a new manager and new staff, and take a course on customer service.

The cashiers are very rude and didn't even acknowledge us. They were more interested in selling to other customers and just walked past us. When we did talk to them, their voice sounded very rude and they just gave simple one-sentence answers. Will definitely not go back.

Extremely stuck up service today. They were willing to help out and greet the adults but looking at me as a teenager got no greeting and very rude when I finally asked for help. I came to buy some earrings, not to be judged if I could afford them or not. Awful service.
