U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Uhaul call-taker took my reservation for a trailer at this dealer. Dealer then deflected my reservation for lack of availability and booked me with another dealer for a smaller trailer in Bradford 40km away. The kicker: the original dealer never even bothered to call. I had to call Uhaul hq myself upon reviewing an email regarding my booking. I only reviewed the booking because I never received a confirmation call from the dealer like I was supposed to. After several back-and-forths between myself, HQ, and the dealer, it was relayed to me through HQ that the dealer said my original booking SHOULD be available the night before my original reservation date and that I would have to pick it up in the evening after his hours of operation. I would only have to contact the dealer, myself, to confirm. Several unanswered calls later and dealer FINALLY answers the phone, claiming I was just about to call you to tell you the trailer won't be available". Worst experience EVER with a UHAUL dealer. I will be renting a cargo van from Home Depot

ONE STAR (MINIMUM ALLOWED) YOUR (U-Haul) WEBSITE SUCKS!!!!!! If I want to rent based on closest location I have to keep re-entering info to see if it's in stock at that location!!!!! The inventory should be based by individual location..(ie...see what a certain location has available)....guess maxing out those precious KMS to make the most money...$$$$

Not sure what happened with the other reviewers of this location but originally seeing the 1 star ratings made me skeptical. I was reluctant to rent from here the first time since this location had such bad reviews but since then I've rented 2 more times and each time the service has been excellent.Owner is nice guy and willing to go above and beyond to help if needed. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a uhaul. I have rented a uhaul from him 3 times and each time the service has been excellent.

Absolutely worst place or worst dealer.... Time says open till 6 pm... We reached @5 pm.. n it's closed ... Called the dealer.. lies to me first saying we close @5pm... N then on confronting the hours.. lies to me again. Saying I've no truck for tonight so closed early.... Really really worst customer service n dealer
