Barrie Honda Service

I book an appointment for brake fluid flush on my 2019 Odyssey and when my wife was there nobody was greeting and ask if she needs any help. Other then that I think they are OK.

Was totally ignored by 5 employees as they socialized with each other as I stood at the counter in front of them all they did not even acknowledge my presence so disappointing

Horrible service! I had an appointment for an oil change at 11:00. I was told it could take up to 2 hours due to seasonal tire changes, I was waiting, but I was ok. I could wait a couple of hours, but it ended up being nearly 3 1/2 hours. If I hadn't chased them down for the bills and keys, I could have been waiting all afternoon. One of the workers had the keys in his pocket and didn't turn them in. What should have been up to an hour turned into nearly 3 1/2 hours. Another Honda dealer was able to complete this in an hour. Will be rethinking about returning for service, especially if I'm waiting there.

Bought a used honda accord from their used car department. I spoke with Jason, he was very nice, polite and helpful and informative. He made the process of buying a used car very easy and simple. I Will recommend others to stop by this dealer and let them help you out if you’re looking for a used car.

I am a new Honda owner, and I must say their customer service is amazing. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile & helped right away. I was there to get a new battery for my car & since i purchased the car 2 months ago, they covered the cost for me which was absolutely amazing. Since I was already there I wanted to ask a few questions about winter tires & they ended up having an amazing deal on tires. Not only did I find the right tires for me, but I also got a little tutorial on how to find the right tires for my vehicle.My overall experience at Barrie Honda was excellent today & I look forward to giving you guys more of my business in the future

For the first time in 8 years my 2014 Honda Civic needed some repairs. Service advisor Linda was very friendly and helped me sort what was needed and what was not. Technician Rob was detailed and got me back on the road. I was very happy with the service I received from Barrie Honda and will continue to have me vehicle serviced there.

Linda is absolutely a sweetheart, shes friendly why cant all CSRs be like her

I visited the place and was helped right away. Linda was helping me out with the services and she ensured that me and my daughter get all the resources even while I waited while my car was being worked upon. She did ensure that all the customers are treated with utmost care and they do have all hot beverages and wifi available for anyone waiting to pickup their car.
