I have been extremely grateful for their property management services. In just three months, they were able to get my 6 suite property 100% occupied from only having 2 rented. Mitch and Josee were amazing throughout the entire tenant search. They were very responsive and professional. Mitch was able to find me tenants during the harshest winter months with ease, and not only have they been the most amazing tenants, they agreed to above market rent from what we were seeing at the time. A big thank you to both of you, being six hours away from my rental adds ample stress, but Mitch was able to get the job done!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.They will threaten there way into a home without following proper laws. They try to bully to get you to do what they want you to do. They do not follow any landlord and tenant board rules.Your response shows the type of company your are. But you should work on talking about the right customers because I have no idea what you're talking about but please keep showing your true colors.
