This has been the best experience I have ever had with Uhaul rentals. The locatiom is great, the employees are extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. They make the process very easy.To make matters even better, the owner's dog who is there sometimes is the most horgeous andbfriendliest dog.I highly recommend this location!

Rented an econoline to move my Son. I reserved ahead of time. Everything was ready for me when I arrived. Van was clean, gassed up and ready to go. It was the easiest part of my day. Compared to other rental companies I did pay less.Thanks uhaul for making my day! Cheers!

Spoke with Heidi about renting a 17' truck for a day and she had everything set up and waiting when I arrived.She explained how everything worked and what to do to bring the truck back during the off hours.The entire experience was seamless. Everything was exactly described with no hidden costs. I would recommend Carp and Cardevco West End Storage U-Haul to anyone.

I rented a Uhaul moving van from these people which broke down while I was crossing the Ottawa to gatineau bridge. The transmission gave way and blew apart dumping all of the fluid along the way.I was stranded with my friend in a median on the highway for about two hours In 30+ degree heat with no shade and these people have the nerve to still charge me for this shoddy service even though I was not able to complete my move. If you want to be charged for services not rendered then I would highly recommend these crooks. I was lucky to have a friend with a pickup truck and time off where we spent the next two days shuttling the remainder of my belongings to my new place.0/10 would never do business again.

This is small location in between Carp and Stittsville which is convenient for people at this area. Parking area is small however, I did find over U-Haul website what I am looking for.Working hours might not be convenient and I recommend to call before to go. I can assume issues is simple - not enough customers at this particular location.If you did everything over Internet (provided information what's required for rent) you will do the same in paper version again.

Unbelievably clean office for a U-Haul dealer!I rented blankets from them for our family's move last November. When I arrived to pick up the blankets, things were ready and I got the blankets right away and 5 minutes later, I was driving back home.Friendly staff and quick service.
