Called Murray to inquire about repairing my Dryer that was not heating up. Was advised the heater would probably have to be replaced and an appointment was made for him to repair the Dryer 2 days later. Murray showed up on the date agreed and determined the thermostat was the problem and replaced it. Total cost for 45 minutes of work, $230 plus tax which included a 3 month warranty. Murray offers a $10 discount in exchange for a 5 star review. This made me question the other positive reviews I've seen on-line. 2 Months later, the Dryer is experiencing the same problem?! Now I am annoyed because I paid $230 plus tax and he didn't repair the Dryer properly. Tried calling to get it repaired again but he was on holidays for 2 weeks. Called him back after his holiday and was told he would need to order a replacement part. He then called me back on a Thursday evening requesting to come Friday morning. Advised that I need more notice and requested that he come on a Saturday. He agreed but could not give me an estimated time? Advised to call me when he knows. Saturday morning arrives and he just shows up at 9am without calling in advance or confirming a time. I was not at home and my Wife questioned why he didn't call or let me know what time he was coming so I would be home. Murray got upset, raised his voice and started arguing with my wife with my kids in the house!! He then picked up his bag and said Take me to court". He had no intentions of honouring the warranty on his invoice. My wife kicked him out. He has a very bad attitude and will constantly refer to his old age. Being a senior does not give anyone the right to be disrespectful

We had our dryer fixed by Murrays Service. He called to confirm the appt, was on time and came to our house the next day. I was originally quoted 350, but the job didn't take as long as he thought and it came out to only 200$. He is an honest polite trustworthy repairman. My dryer works great and I wouldn't hesitate in the future to call him!!

I recently met with Murray from Murray's Appliance Service and was extremely impressed with the experience and knowledge that this gentleman has. I normally don't write reviews, but I have known Murray of Murray's Appliance Service for many years. He is an amazing technician and has repaired a number of my large appliances. He is professional, courteous and excellent at his job. His professionalism includes proper COVID protocols, which are very important to me. I will continue to refer his services to friends and family.

Very Friendly and Professional . Wore a mask the whole time as the repair was done during the stay at home order d/t COVID. As did I.Came on a Sunday morning to fix a noise coming from my dryer and a frost issue with my basement refrigerator. Diagnosed and fixed the issue quite quickly. I've had Murray's Appliance service fix a few items over the years. Fridge, dryer, dishwasher. I think he's very good at his job and very professional. He shows up on time and quickly completes the repairs. The tech has saved me many thousands of dollars by fixing my appliances. Highly recommended.

Murray fixed my dryer. He was responsive, timely, competitively priced and also was fine to advise the most likely issue over the phone and give an estimate unlike competitors who charge service call fees just to come out and estimate. The repair was quick and very well done, our dryer is working as well as it did when we first bought it. Would most definitely call him again. Thanks Murray!

A big thank you to Murray for repairing our fridge in a timely manner. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and call me back with the cost to repair it within the hour. The next day he came and fixed the problem within a few minutes.. The fridge has been working great the past few days. I know that I will be a return customer if any of my other appliances need to be repaired.
