I contacted several alarm companies, and Rick was the only person who called me back. After talking with him and waiting several days for other quotes, still no one else replied. I called Rick back, he remembered who I was, and we set up an appointment to get my alarm system hooked up to the internet, since we have no landline.He and Brad showed up exactly when he said they would, and they could not have been more professional and friendly throughout the whole installation. Their monitoring rates are exceptionally reasonable, and the best part was that they covered all the little details without us even asking. Brad set up a delay for our back door so that it won't immediately go off if we open it, and they even fixed the clock on the keypad display!It's those little touches and attention to detail that show that these guys really care about their work, and I couldn't be happier to support a local, family-owned business. Will be recommending Winnipeg Alarm Co to anyone and everyone.

The promt and professional service i received was 5 stars.I like many was being told my old wired system had to be changed to wireless.I would also have to sign a 3 year contract.Its not the case at all.The system I had was in excellent shape.Winnipeg Alarm.tested changed the battery. In less than an hour.Call you will be glad you did.Sam

Unbelievable service from this father and son team who are very genuine, professional and knowledgable. After getting frustrated with the nonsense of other companies like Bell who have long contracts and take forever to get someone out, I was so thankful to find this company. They came the same day and set up my existing equipment (no attempt to sell me unnecessary upgrades) and had everything working. The prices are fair and everything is explained in plain language. I would highly recommend Winnipeg Alarm to anyone.

When I called Winnipeg Alarm and talked to Rick I was pleasantly surprised to see that he (along with Brad) came out to look at my alarm upgrade job. The job was schedules within days of meeting me to look at the site and to discuss needs and options. The installation was done professionally and at a reasonable cost. On the same day of the installation I was set up with monitoring and an App for the system. I have no hesitation in recommending Winnipeg Alarm to anyone needing these services.
