Excellent experience. The owner Bruce is very knowledgeable really helped us pick the best size for what my wife and I wanted. The staff did not judge us (because we look young) when we were looking at expensive rugs like some other stores, they were happy to show us anything that we were interested in. We were given an amazing deal on the 2 rugs we bought that we came back the following week and bought 3 more. We definitely recommend them and would buy from them in the future.

Hello everyone, I just bought a livingroom area rug at West Coast Rugs. The Tibetan rug is absolutely geogeous, colors and design match my home. The staff patiently supported looking at many rugs, giving their expertise. And even taking two home to try out. This family business arranged a fair price considering both our financial situations. I'm excited to have friends over and enjoy this amazing hand made rug! It's an art piece!

In the neighborhood for almost 30 years, this beautiful gem on an otherwise cookie-cutter street is a treasure chest of thousands of rugs, ranging from the ornate and regal to post-modern. The family who runs it are good folks, their prices are kind and its simply one of the best places around. Thank you again for all!
