I love her work. I was so upset when I could not find her for a while. Lein is fast, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend you go to her for nails. She is the best nail tech I have ever had.

I got my acrylics removed and a shellac polish when I asked for regular polish and got charged 50$. I get my nails done all the time and wanted to try a new place… I knew it wasn’t that expensive but I paid it anyways because she already finished . She also almost took my real finger nail off when she was removing my nails , it’s all sore and red now . Would not go back . She also didn’t fully finish one nail .

A lady named Lynn did mine and my friends nails and was fairly nice but she made the both of us bleed, our nails were all different lengths, they were bumpy and done very poorly. I also had to pay 300 for that? I don’t recommend going here if you want to be ripped off.

The girl is super nice and sweet, on the outside, makes it seem like a perfect place. I was getting extensions and gel nails done and was unaware of what she was doing. She put the gel nails so far from my cuticles that it's been 4 days and I need a fill! FOUR DAYS. When I first got home my mom (who used to do nails) also noticed this issue and said that I should inquire about this to the lady. When I got in contact with her, she basically said it's not her problem and to come back next week to pay for a refill. As well as that my nails mustve grew to fast. Im a nail bitter and am well aware my nails do not grow very rapidly. These nails were extremely expensive compared to elsewhere so I am quite upset given they are for a special occasion this week. Now I must go find somewhere else for a refill which is ridiculous. I will NEVER use this place for nails ever again.

I enjoyed doing my nails here! The lady was so nice and she knew what she was doing. I’m definitely going to keep going back there to do my nails. My nails are 3 weeks old now and the acrylic is still fantastic and I do a lot of water related chores. So I’m impressed that it held up!

I was travelling from Calgary recently and wanted to get my nails done while I was in Thunder Bay. I saw the negative review this shop got from another customer so called other shops first but could not get an appointment anywhere for two weeks. I tried Toronto Nail Design and they were very accommodating to fit me in. I was happy I decided to go there. It was easy to find, bright and clean, and they did an excellent job. The couple was friendly too. I get nails done by-weekly in Calgary and have been to many nail salons across western Canada and can tell you this place was very professional.

Lin is truly the BEST nail tech I have EVER worked with! I have been a regular customer for a few years now and she never disappoints. Durable, beautiful, stylish too! I cannot recommend enough - :-)

got my nails done for the first time there, and i loved it! the girl who did my nails was super nice and she did them exactly how i wanted.. she was super fast with them as well! i had a lake day shortly after getting them done, which involved tubing, swimming and a lot of running around and being a tad ruckus with my younger cousins, and they were perfectly fine at the end.. i definitely recommend getting your nails here as they look good, and are super affordable:)

I was overcharged for nails that I didn't even ask for!! I wanted a new set of gel nails, old ones removed first, what I got was adding white nail polish to make my tips whiter on my existing old set of nails and silver sparkles!!!Not only was I charged 50 dollars for this, the two of them( husband and wife I believe) were extremely rude and mean to another customer that was in the shop! Made this customer feel like crap for getting mud on the floor, so much so that she took napkins from her purse and was going to wipe the floor.Never will I go back to this place and I do not recommend this shop unless you like to be treated like crap and ripped off !!
