Worst service. Have business counter without teller. I wish I can give minus 100 score to them

The service at this branch and the overall level of service is horrible and unacceptable. There are long wait times with little staff. The staff that do work are incompetent and struggle to do the simple things I ask of them. They are strictly unprofessional and the service they provide is unacceptable because of the level of incompetence that they have. I do not even understand how some of the workers get their jobs here because of their inability to do what I ask efficiently and effectively. I am a long time customer of this branch and have been coming and using it for years but in all of those years I cannot say they have improved in the slightest.

TD = A waste of time.1. I tried to apply for Overdraft protection online but they sent me to their call centre.2. The call centre said I need to do an in person consultation3. The in person consultation says they don't handle applications.Such a waste of my morning on the phone and waiting for nothing. They don't even care how much they inconvenience you the associate who handled my application had a smugh grin on his face looking at my frustration. I am dropping my account with them.

I went to this branch early morning weekdays and there was a line up of people. Need more staff i think. Separate line for business customers is very helpful. Drive through is available. ATM area needs cleaning. It was dirty at 10.30 am

Would give 0 if I could. Staff has no knowledge. They have different rules thn other branches. They always put my cheque on hold for no reasons. Went to another branch and they were able to deposit cheque without hold. If you need to just grab cash or something simple go to this branch, anything else stay away you'll be wasting your time.

In and out in less than 10 mins. Just the way banking should be! Really happy this location still has a business line. Definitely made the experience faster. Especially with the lady at the counter today. She was quick and efficient.

Long wait only 2-3 people serve people. So annoying. Management not good at all.Long lines all the time. Never go there.

Worst branch to bankingDon't ever go to this branch, not at all cooperative.Nobody to assist, very unprofessional way of Workington. After waiting for almost 45 minutes and they simply said that they can not give this service

The current manager at this branch is unprofessional and lacks awareness of clients’ needs who uses this branch.I tried depositing money at this branch’s machine. Due to some reason, the machine wasn’t able to count it properly. The machine retained my card and stated to seek customer service.With the long line up, I approached the manager who appeared available for assistance. I told him the situation and he told me to wait in line to receive assistance.It took 35 minutes for me to receive customer service (not to mention a fellow behind me cut the line and was still able to receive service prior to me).The representative was diligent however the rep had to approach the very same manager (that I approached) to retrieve my card from the machine.When I asked the manager why make me wait in line to seek assistance from a customer representative when he is the sole person able to retrieve my card. His response was he busy with a client. When I approached him he didn’t specify nor did it look it he was. Even if he was, one would think he would understand the urgency especially if someone using the machine to do banking.Rather than acknowledging and apologizing for this experience, he didn’t own up and was unprofessional about the situation.I lost out on a bid that I was hoping to go through due to this situation.Unacceptable and frustrating having to loose business because of this manager’s arrogance.TD…unacceptable to allow people like to lead (while there so many more qualified people) while your customers have a poor experience and loose out on their business while this manager won’t.I will definitely be seeking my options of finding a new TD branch or seeking a new bank all together from this horrible experience.

Just two tellers and fifteen people standing in the line … no one from staff really cares..
