I think the doctor is a good physician generally, with enough knowledge and experience he can diagnose well; but there are a few things that make the Alpha clinic a bad choice! First of all, the doctor spends only 5 to 6 minutes to visit each patient which is not enough. Secondly, the clinic is a real mess! There are a lot of patients in the clinic every day and the receptionists cannot handle that, they are rude and not professional. On the other hand, it doesn’t matter that you already book an appointment, you have to wait at least 2 to 4 hours anyway. Also, sometimes they do not treat respectfully with some patients which is not acceptable. I had a really bad experience with them during the last two weeks! I went there four times and I couldn’t visit the doctor finally! So, I had to book my appointment elsewhere with another doctor. I won’t recommend that hell.

The doctors at this clinic love to use other people’s parking and don’t even apologize for it. They continue to do so, despite being able to pay for their own parking, since this clinic does very well. If I were a patient at this clinic, I would think twice about seeing their doctors, since they don’t respect other people and their property.

Stay away from this clinicNon professional receptionist .The doctor left the room during the discussion of my blood test results saying he has no time after 3 mins of the visit .He told me to come again another time to complete the discussion.the waiting time is too long more than 2 hours.No benefits from the visit .

The doctor is quite nice but the problem is waiting time. I spend almost 2 or 3 hrs of waiting for my turn even my appointment was taken before. In case you come late for 10 or 15 mins and your appointment is cancelled while you're on time and waiting for hours. I dont know why they don't make appointment for 15 mins before. It's an unprofessional management.

Long time waiting. First they told me I have to wait 20 min then they increased to 2 h… finally after argument I wanted them to give my money back and immediately they sent me inside that doctor can see me. They also accept only cash + doctor spent just 10 second for me and I gave 180$ for 10 second.The worst experience for me. I won’t suggest anyone to go to this clinic. It was awful!

2 things you might be satisfied: 1. an appointment by call is possible. 2. Receptionists were nice and sweet. HOWEVER, the doctor we saw was terrible. My son had skin problem. We arrived on time and still waited for 2 hours. Even during that 2 hours I was still thankful and thinking about writing a good review. Then we saw the doctor, who smiled at the beginning. It took him no more than 2 seconds (LITERALLY!) to check my son's skin, and he suddenly turned extremely rude, and diagnosed it to be something sounded impossible to us. (I figured he changed his attitude only because what he diagnosed was supposed to happen only to those with poor personal hygiene). I tried to explain the all rashes appeared in one night and it might be due to his allergy to the medicine he applied the day before. The doctor WOULD NOT LISTEN AT ALL. He interrupted me with his blames (that we did not see him earlier, as if we had a way). To make it worse, he prescribed exactly the same medicine that my son might be allergic to and that might have resulted to the rashes! The next days we went to see 3 different doctors and no one agreed with him (the rashes did not look like that at all, and would not appear all over the body in just one night).

I’m thankful this clinic was open on a Saturday and still taking walk-ins late in the day. The reception and doctor being both helpful and courteous is definitely a welcomed addition, and a different experience from my usual medical visits.

Called this clinic to book an appointment a few days ago. Got put on hold for a handful of minutes. Then I spoke to a secretary who was quite moody and she was struggling in both languages (mainly English) so I could barely understand what she was trying to say. Anyway, thank goodness I’d gotten to talk to another receptionist, she was much nicer and was fluent in both languages, which was quite refreshing! Although I couldn’t get an appointment, it was great to talk to someone who was doing their best to help me out FOR ONCE.

It was my first time with this clinicThe young lady at the reception, she was very rude to us, her tone was very bad.The doctor he was in so hurry he only spent 3 min on me i was still speaking and explaining my problem he handed me the slip. And the waiting was of 3 hours. I dont know y i went there to spend 3 hrs waiting to see doctor for 3 mins.Though he talked very nicely.Will Not recommend anybody
