No customer service! I am not sure how there are so many positive reviews considering the poor customer service. My husband and I reached out to this dealership after we saw a vehicle we were very interested in purchasing, advertised on their website. They listed the vehicle with a 'coming soon' picture and specs. We called to inquire about some of the features since there were no photos. We explained our situation to Saeeda, who was very upfront about some of the vehicle issues. She also said because the car had not reached their lot she was not too sure but would verify our questions with her boss and call us back. Just before closing I called back because I had not heard from her. She said her boss had not gotten back to her and she would call us the next day which was Saturday. On Saturday we reached out once again when we did not hear back. And again she said she would call back by the end of the day. Again nothing. I reached out yet again on Monday because we did not want to miss out on purchasing this vehicle. I was told the vehicle had finally come in but did not include some of the advertised features and that the colour was different than advertised. I was told that she would send pictures so that we could make a decision. I also texted afterwards to confirm some information. As I write this review on Tuesday night I have yet to receive a response or any photos, but they had time to update some of the details on their listing. It is almost like they have no interest in selling cars. Based on the positive reviews we were feeling so confident about this place, but our experience left us disappointed and confused about how they ended up with such good reviews in the first place.

I financed my first car from Saeeda a VW Jetta 2015. She helped me with all the paperwork and financing of the car. All the work was done with full transparency and customer satisfaction.I would recommend that if you are looking for a good car dealer they are the people.

Great staff and financing team! They were moving locations when I went into sign my contracts but the few cars they still had there were very unique! Thank you for the great service I’ll be recommending my friends to you guys in the future.
