Don’t ship with them go with West Jet . Their call center can’t even serve you in English or French. Their cargo warehouses can’t even answer the phones when you ask the calls enter to verify a shipment. But it doesn’t matter because they leave it on the tarmac in the blazing sun. And don’t expect to claim because they will deny. If you want to ship, definitely go with west jet. Not only can they answer the phones, their staff is trained and know exactly what they’re doing and can get anything done for you

Don't bother sending anything with them. They have lost so much of my luggage and they respond in some profoundly rude ways. Staff should be friendly to better represent our country. Our country deserves a more honest and caring airline
