Friendly and helpful service.I was clearly in need of guidance on my purchase. Was greeted immediately upon entry. The lady that assisted me was patient and thorough. Did not feel pressured at all. I actually left the story feeling confident with my purchase. I appreciate the time she took to explain all my options.Will definitely go back!

The manager of this location has the worst attitude and costumer service I’ve ever experienced. She is so ignorant. I left so upset. First time ever wearing any type of ring and 0 help what so ever. The man who works at this location is a breathe of fresh air. He has customer service skills and genuinely cares. Overall I would not recommend this location. They also don’t mention you need to go back every 6 months for your warranty to stay covered. I guess that’s how they get people so they don’t have to have there warranty covered.

Purchased ring and diamond fell out,told me because I bought on sale no warranty..buyer beware..I didn't know when you buy a diamond or any jewelry no warranty because its on sale..I will never buy here again..

I had a staff lie to me about when to expect my wedding band, blame another staff about it not coming in on time and had me come back the day before the wedding (while knowing the ring wasn't coming for another two weeks). If you're looking for reliable and honest service, I would not recommend this place.

I took a piece of jewllery in to have repaired. I received amazing service from the woman who helped me! I was looking to buy a small piece of jewllery and she provided fantastic ideas for me which worked! She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I really appreciated her creativity and am very happy with my purchase.

Staff does not mention at time of purchase about resizing and length of time that procedure costs so you can properly schedule. Then the staff gives you attitude about the resizing process and your questions. Lastly the staff tells you false dates about your arrival when you suggest to return and take to another location that seems more excited to help you. I understand things can come up in business but Charmed Diamonds does not make engagements feel exciting, instead it seems as if once they take your money they lose their interest in you completely! I would not do business with this location as the other locations seemed more than eager to help us with our questions, concerns and much more positive/pleasant about the process!

Cold and compassionless customer service. Store manager admits they are unaware how store policies work, and that once an item is discontinued its worth scrap price of the gold and stones a worthless.
