Bought 2 cars from them. Good experience both times.

Picture this... you've been searching very specifically for the car you want to buy and find one that looks perfect. You call, they have it, and agree to show it to you in the afternoon. Its a 4 hour road trip. You schedule a half day at work to make the journey. You confirm they can still show it to you halfway through.You're less than 10 minutes from the dealership when you get a call that says someone just bought the car..... Half a vacation day, a tank of gas, and an afternoon in the car.. for nothing. Who does that?Not such a huge deal if you live nearby I suppose, but respect for customers is kind of a big deal, so just know you might be treated similarly...

DONT BUY A CAR HERE BOUGHT 1 FOR $7000 PAID IN FULL WEEK LATER OVER HEATING IN THE SHOP NOW .BEFORE I EVEAN GOT THE PLATE .

Be careful buying from them!! Make sure you ask if they have both sets of keys!! They will tell you after you buy the car we will check to see if there's another set"!! Not a big deal on the older cars with no key fob

I BOUGHT A CAR DROM JEPSON CAR COMPANY LESS THAN 8 MONTHS AGO. AND HAVE BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH IT EVERY SINCE!!!TWO DAY AGO THE CAR COMPLETELY SHUT OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF A AUTOMATIC CAR WASH. FINALLY GOT IT TO A CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP TO FIND OUT IT NEEDS ANOTHER $1000 WORTH OF WORK DONE TO IT!!! SPOKE WITH AARON, AND HE SAID, IT WASN'T THAT WAY WHEN YOU BOUGHT IT".. OF COURSE HE'S GONNA SAY THAT! AND INSTEAD OF HIM BEING HELPFUL. HE ONLY WANTED TO TALK ABOUT MY 2 STAR REVIEW!!! SERIOUSLY!!!!. BECAUSE OF YOUR TOTAL LACK OF DISREGARD. YOUR SALES WILL GO DOWN TREMENDOUSLY STARTING NOW!!!UPDATE: A YEAR LATER- THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN A ON GOING MIGRAINE!!! ANXIETY HAS NEVER BEEN SO HIGH. MY CAR ISN'T RELIABLE! Don't understand the bad reviews I went here multiple times didn't end up buying anything here but they offered me fair trade in value for my vehicle the cars were clean and the salesman was well informed answered any questions I had let me take pictures of the underbody after hours and he rushed for me once because I had to go to work quickly after looking they were extremely helpful and I don't understand why people are saying otherwise I wouldn't hesitate buying a vehicle from them
