This tims is in the worst shape iv seen.The washroom looks as if a mud wrestler met, a fisherman on a blind date.One ate all the toilet paper and spat it on the ceiling.Where as the mud wrestler, dried himself off the walls.....That's just the washroom....The main area, is clear you can see as if it's been a few days things were wiped down.Dust, was growing more dust.The windows looked as if they were full on tongue washed.The chairs had really weird black spotted stains as if it were dried blood.Avoid going it. Just get your coffee through drive through.

This Timmies location is perfect for me, and the egg and cheese is always the best,and my tea is always hot. I gotta have a nice hot tea at 4 in the morning on my way to the shop. Also, thank you for being open 24 hours, not like some others.

I'd avoid this Tim Hortons if you can, servers are nice but you have about a 50% chance of your order being wrong. Today I ordered an everything bagel breakfast sandwich with sausage and got an everything croissant breakfast sandwich with bacon. Far from the first time.

The customer service at Lincoln Street and Prince Charles Drive location is phenomenal. I placed an order day before, it was ready early, fresh and customer service was fantastic! Highly recommend this location. Open 24hours!

They are quick. As far as coffees go, like any Tim Hortons, if you go on a weekend you're going to have a coffee that tastes off, it's just the way it works. People having their first job here, often have a hard time getting the sugar ratios down.Other than that, it's a smaller tim hortons , but because its remote , not a lot of people sitting down. Their drive through is often packed because of this to where I'll consider going to another one down the road either way, to go in the drive through.

My fiancé went in to order one of the new lattes (vanilla coconut). Instead of telling him they didn't have it, they just stared at him funny when he asked for it and repeated back coconut? He confirmed. They gave him a iced drink with half cream and half caramel and coffee instead, I think it looks like nothing on the menu so it's a guess by colour. He told them that it was not what he ordered and they argued with him refusing to acknowledge they made a mistake. That is terrible customer service and when I worked here we definitely were not to treat customers that way.

I would like to give more stars but concidering the Foods gone down in quality since tim hortons was sold, and I still some what enjoy my coffee when it's not cold.One of the staff memeber that's works nights here is quite rude tho, which ruins your experience even more. Hopefully she finds a job or time more satisfying to her because midnights isn't the shift for her clearly..

Ordered a large iced coffee, no sugar made with Almond milk through drive through. Because the person we ordered for cannot have dairy.Went into the store as the coffee was made with cream (all of us tried it and agreed, the coffee was not made with Almond milk.) And the girls working were very rude and dismissive and refused to remake the drink. Just said nope it's made with Almond milk" and walked away

Raven the lady taking orders at drive thru should be in the kitchen instead. I'm normally excited to start my morning with the timmies at this location. They are always so friendly and quick! Today I got a LITERAL what do you want." "To drink?" Asked anything else 4 times and I had to drive away I kept saying that's all. Every step felt like I was terribly inconvenient to her. Not sure why she's on the drive thru if she's so rude but it was a shame I didn't get my regular workers. Please put her in back of house."
