As soon as I asked for a quick quote I was responded to with a timely manner and they came to see the job that day. This all happened on a Friday and by Monday the job was being done. We have a raised bungalow and they were doing the whole upstairs and stairs up which included 5 steps. They did a excellent job, they are very experienced and the end job we are very pleased with. They kept us in the loop all the way. I would recommend parqueteam all the way. They were done in a timely manner started Monday done by mid morning Wednesday. Highly recommend them.

They recommended a vinyl flooring, which was a good looking floor at a good price. Final result was great! My wife and I were looking to get new engineered hardwood flooring installed in our houses second floor. We found Parqueteam, and after having Emil coming over and giving us a reasonable quote, we decided to hire them. They did a fantastic job, supplied us with high quality engineered hardwood floors, and did an amazing install job. Overall, really happy!

Emil and his team did a wonderful job installing glue down engineered hardwood in our condo. His quote was fair and he had great suggestions to make the transitions between rooms and our existing tile functional. The work was completed in time and his team was respectful of all of our condo's renovation and COVID rules. Would recommend his work to anyone, and will definitely use them again!

I arranged an estimate with Alex, and he came day after, took measurements, gave me a very nice price, and a week after brought me a delivery of a nice solid maple hardwood, and installed it in my house in 2 days! The floor installation was good, however, there were many issues and it was very hard to get them to come back to fix the issues. Many of my messages and emails were ignored. It took them more than six months to fix issues with the floating boards and replacing the moldings.He added new door stops to replace the old ones but the new ones were setup poorly and used poor quality material (my opinion). Before they did the installation the sliding doors were functioning fine but now they stay open all the time. He also removed the rollers from under the sliding doors and told us we should get someone else to fix them. As can be seen from the pictures there is an empty space under the old baseboard meaning even if we try to replace the door stops it won't fix the issue with the sliding door because the laminates were not cut properly to fill the space under (he told us the space follows proper code and any sane person knows that). We asked them to remove a small part of the door stops to maybe fix the issue with the sliding doors but after removing the piece we noticed the gap under the baseboard. We have decided to get another company to take a look at their work.The picture showing a corner of the baseboard/door stop is to show the low quality of the board usedThe moldings were setup with a curvy wood and the colors do NOT match. Despite them promising that they would match.I have edited this comment based on my conversations with him and will update this after getting another company to take a look and fix the issues since he told us we don't know what we are talking about.
