The staff are so helpful and friendly and the cosmetics and gift department have great sales. The new wellness section is worth a look too.

Lovely store, horrible staff. I have visited this store on a number of occasions because I live nearby and it's well stocked. However, the staff, particularly pharmacy (but not solely), think they are so special and treat you like a child,: I met the manager once, and he was very nice. It's such a shame because it's my nearest pharmacy, but I don't need that kind of treatment in my life.

Attended their medical centre for a COVID vaccination. Well-run, very efficient and pleasant people. Witnessed them deal with 5 years old through seniors with equal kindness and efficiency. Have not used their pharmacy.

You wait forever to see the pharmacist then she walks away and disregards you completely!Name of pharmacist - Noha Naguib.I really don’t usually take the time to post reviews but this one is very necessary.If Lawtons means their clients any good, you should probably look into the customer service skills of this pharmacist. Very disrespectful.

My experience has been the long waits for my prescriptions! I understand waiting a few minutes but getting into upwards to an hour is allot to ask! Times have really changed when it comes to respect and customer service. This is not a place that I would recommend. I’m now dealing with Lawton’s in Halifax Shopping Center where I receive much better customer service, privacy and respect!
