Art of Shoe Repair
It is hard to find a shoe maker in our modern high tech era. Things today also are not made to last. It is a disposable society. But repairing is a form of recycling. My pair of Merrells casual shoes were not very old with an intact sole. It would have been a shame to dump them because the right one had developed it’s own ventilation slitby my right bunion. Art of Shoe Repair had the solution for strengthening the weak spot with a suede patch. Luckily I brought in both left & right and he added a matching patch on the left shoe, to keep things symmetrical. Awesome job!

Greatly recommend! Prioritizes customer care above own profit. When I came in for a zipper repair on a bag, he recommended I buy a new bag instead, because the zipper repair would be more expensive than the bag itself. Also, he helped solve a problem (smoothed out uncomfortable hard glue in my shoe) I was having a problem, free of charge. Would definitely come back again!

Art of Looting!I paid $60 for this kind of service.Didn't even take the laces out to clean them. Never going to this place again.Guy is also rude if you ask any questions.Would rather go somewhere else. We don't deserve businesses like these in our beautiful community of Newmarket.

Did a great repair on my knapsack thanks!!! Zipper seams and shoulder straps had started to tear out after many years of abuse travelling all-over. Now hopefully it will last another 20 years (I've grown attached to it, plus they don't seem to make them nowadays with exact features or durability like mine). Service was prompt and courteous and reasonably priced. Really happy customer here - will definitely continue using Art of Shoe Repair.
