Walmart Supercentre

I like the size of it, not too big and they stock the same items as other bigger Walmart.Unfortunately the lady (Sukh) who worked at the toys department was very unfriendly. Not the first time she challenged my kids that they should not touch the toys if they are not going to buy them. During the pandemic, I totally agree. Just today, she came up to my kids and asked if they were going to buy the light saber, and that scared my 7 year old boy. I was at the end of the isle and heard her say that. When I asked her what her name was she quickly used her Walmart vest to cover her name tag.A few months ago when I was shopping at the same Walmart, I saw her doing the same to the other kids, obviously she didn't want the kids to mess up the shelves so she had to redo it.When I took this picture, the man in front of her accidentally knocked off some toys on the shelf, she didn't help him at all and only watched him pick up the boxes one by one himself. All she cares about is taking a picture of the section she just arranged nicely and watching the shoppers not to mess it up.I was in customer service for 20 years, she definitely those that not care about customers.

I am a Ube driver ,you have to change 50% of the stuff because they think walmart for them when the kick someone out and said that I can't go in walmart anymore.If you go to ask anyone for she start to be nervous.They just want money without working

I called the customer service before start driving and attend in person for my inquiry. Customer service did not respond my call. I tried ten minutes again. Nobody responded. I tried in 20 minutes and again nobody responded my call. As I was out, I attended the store in person. When I asked Customer service manager, Ms, Deisi, why they are not responding their phone she responded “you came to me and I told you our system was off”. I said it’s about a week I haven’t shopped at this location and she was taken me wrong with another person. I asked her if I can talk to a assistant manager of customer service. She said she’s busy in the back office. I asked her since you don’t know the answer could you please let her know that a customer want to ask a question from her? She did so. I waited about ten minutes while I had ice cream in my car. I asked the manager could you go and ask her again? Very unwillingly she went, and she said the same thing. I said never mind; here’s my phone number. Please give it to her and ask her to give me a call. I never received a phone call.I think current customers are in priorities compared to future customers…anywayNot feeling welcomed and ignored

Wal-Mart is always good busy at North Side of town every thing is avilable, House hold, adult,kids clothing grocery shopping online orders. You name it amd its already there on a discount price. Wal-Mart makes shopping easier

This is a smaller location and it shows in the lack of stock of certain items. The cosmetic section is especially lacking, understocked shelves are quite common. Worth the drive to a much larger location.Edit: they've added a staff member to the cosmetics area, so the shelves are now more stocked and tidy. The only takeaway is they want to search your basket if you shop the cosmetics area and aren't very subtle about why lol. Lost a star for the interesting conversation.

One star is too much. A friend and I stopped in at Walmart this evening at 9pm.I could not believe how dark the parking was. No outdoor lighting on at all. The rest of Northgate mall is all lights on.. It was so dark you could hardly see the lock on your car door. Very unsafe for a store that stays open till 10pm not to mention homeless people camped out wherever. Walmart should be embarrassed. This is all part of customer care. Cusromer safety is imperative. You want customers to spend money and too cheap to have a decent parking lot.

We were in line to pay for groceries when the cashier asked the person in front of us to apply for a credit card. I realize she was doing her job but it took a ridiculous amount of time. When I voiced my concern she thought it appropriate to argue with me.I found this to be u acceptableI will never apply for a Walmart credit card. I will not ever shop at this location again

December 20, 2021. Still the same store. Washroom facilities are available here. The store is well lit and clean.I think most people are familiar with Walmart so this is your typical Walmart. It’s a small super centre that’s mostly clean and well lit. I can’t comment much about the staff as I did not interact with any. I bought some stuff and used the self checkout and that went well. Overall my experience was just fine. I found what I needed.

Good location and a lot of parking. However the no of staffs are not enough for the big store. So you have to walk for a while before you see a staff to help you.

Do not shop here if you are prepared to be accused of stealing while shopping for items available in store. They will have loss prevention approach you and accuse you of it if you have items in your hand(s) and not in a shopping cart or basket. Loss prevention/security claim they have caught you on camera, they also say you have to pay for your items first before leaving the cosmetic department but no signs are posted near the cosmetics department. They claim by word of mouth that it's a new" policy yet if you ask for camera/surveillance footage they won't provide it.If you ask where the policy is written they don't provide that information either. It's basically your word against theirs and they will tell you that you are banned for shopping there for a year but won't put that in writing for court purposes if you ask.Plus they will tell you to empty your personal bag and expose your personal items that are in it to prove you aren't stealing.They do not understand the definition of stealing and make their own version up. They disagree if you explain that when you pass the exit without paying it is technically stealing but if you are still inside the store carrying items that you will eventually pay for
