The store is small and gets crowded easily, but the staff is so nice and they sell just about everything I need that I can't get at the grocery store. I enjoy going there.

The store is so crowded. I feel like customers that have been coming here for decades are so unappreciated. The men in the back that do the fish are amazing people and so friendly. The prices are soooooo high. I don't think fish price should raise on holidays.

This spot has a lot to offer in such a small space. So if you’re looking for hard to find peppers or fruit, spices and other Caribbean specialties, you’ll likely find it here. Don’t grab any tamarind though; it’s kept on the bottom shelf a little too close to the floor.

Was there this past Thursday mid-morning to buy some food items for my mom, we live pretty far away, we go to Charlie's about twice a year. I called them yetserday to let them know that the Green Beans (Bora) was Rotten. Now, I spoke to the young lady and advised her that I live far and that I was calling to advise them that the Beans were all rotten, every single bag. Her response was that people say they are good" & she will check"

Best tasting West Indian lunch meal (curry goat and rice) I have had in many years!At a very reasonable price of $8.00 CAN.I have had Charlie's take away many items in the past when visiting Canada and the taste is unbelievably good.I would highly recommend if you want real Guyanese or West Indian cooking!!!
