The gentleman that came to our house was very professional and explained everything as he went along. The amount of stuff that was sucked up out of our vents was horrendous! The air quality in our home is actually noticeably different now. It is way better. My allergies are less, breathing at night is easier and the over all air in the house seems lighter. Thankyou power vac!!

I uncovered some hidden vents in my house from an old wood boiler. I decided I wanted to reuse the vents but mice were living in them. My friend recommended their services. They did an amazing job and I am now using the vents to heat my home with a new wood boiler. Thanks guys.

The Power Vac Team arrived slightly earlier than expect -- which I thought was fantastic. However, this was by no means an expectation, just appreciated. The two individuals explained why it was important to have the ducts cleaned and recommended services that I wasn't aware of (i.e., dryer vent cleaning, which I agreed too). They had a brief discussion about upselling some additional services; however, the means on how they went about discussing these additional services I thought was very appropriate and informative and by no means aggressive... in fact, I learnt a lot during the discussion and was even provided tips and prompts to help maintain my A/C and furnace system going forward. All said and done, the process took perhaps an hour and some minutes and I was able to complete the billing before they departed. I was simply amazed about the quality and professionalism of these two individuals and would highly recommend Power Vac. As with any professional service, you are paying a price for their knowledge and expertise, so I thought the price for their services was fair.

Just had my service today! I took a lunch break to meet the company and … they were ON TIME. None of that 3 hour waiting window. Not only were they on time they were quick just over an hour and NO mess and I Barely knew they were there. I also have pets which they respected and kept safe and out of the way while the door was open. I definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

Greg and Matthew did were excellent. Showed up on time, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently and neatly. They showed me photos of the before and after (!!!!!), and went out of their way to clean my dryer vent while they were here. Very good value and professional service. Highly recommended!!
