I came in for a straight forward shellac polish change on my feet and the staff insisted on cleaning around the toe. I continued to decline and asked the worker to stop and she ignored my request. I now have a toe infection and need surgical removal of a nail due to the services from here. Friendly staff, but unhygienic and some aggressive staff.Follow up, in response to the below I spoke to Shandra at your location and I mentioned It is on my bank statement. I can come in, but other than proving I attended your nail salon what accountability are you willing to take?I was very clear about my health conditions and asked you and your team to stop several times. Shandra was also extremely rude over the phone and yesterday and wouldn’t take any accountability for the incident as you are clearly demonstrating in your response below.My recommendation: please don’t go here it’s not worth it. Not only have they messed up (mistakes happen), but the lack of accountability and poor service is speaks volumes. Especially, if you have health issues go anywhere, but here!

The ladies and young gentlemen working today were extremely friendly and made my experience relaxing. Most nail salons in Maple Ridge are loud and I always feel rushed to get out. I will definitely be back!

Update: took my 2 year old for a manicure today and was even more impressed! Love this place!Great first experiences at this salon. Very clean and practicing social distancing measures. The people that are working are super friendly and very detailed with their work. Had a pedicure done 4 days ago and was back today after for a gel fill.

Friendly team, but inadequate service. Staff dismissed requests and ignored instructions even after addressing my concerns as someone with health issues. Nail polish peeled within 2 days of being applied, nails were uneven and some uneven textures and shapes in the hands and toe nails. There is an overwhelming amount of choices for colours, but nothing in nude and subtle pink and rose tones which is currently a popular trend. The quality of paint is cheap. Disappointed as I hoped for a better experience like the google reviews.

Happy with the service I got. Super clean and great service, there are screens between nail technician and customers for COVID-19 prevention measures. Highly recommend! If you’re in the area, definitely check this place out!

I just left the salon and received the worst shellac manicure I’ve had. They were very nice and polite, but the manicure itself is so messy, the polish is all over my fingers and there are bumps in the polish. I would not recommend going here for this service

Leon is great at what he does. Takes his time and pays attention to detail! Sandy at the front is always friendly and helpful and Shandra makes you feel at home! This place is clean and quiet and love that you can book appointments and communicate over Facebook and always get a quick response.

Clean, reasonably priced, skilled technicians. I will be visiting this salon again!EDIT: I’ve been coming here for around a year or so now. I’ve had waxing, pedicures, manicures and acrylic nails. I won’t go anywhere else for my nails or waxing. They always do a terrific job.

Fantastic service, best massage I’ve had for a pedicure yet, and the gel nail turned out great! The atmosphere is clean, bright, and relaxing. Absolutely loved it!

My go-to nail salon in Maple Ridge. Friendly and inviting staff that listen to your requests and accommodate you the best as possible. Also the only nail salon in Maple Ridge that I’ve found that really takes their time and doesn’t rush you out of the spa experience. They always do a great job.
