I have been with Kelly's office since I first got my license 18 years ago. In those 18 years the service I have received has been nothing but exceptional and it doesn't matter who I deal with in the office. This year we moved and bought a new car and we had the pleasure of dealing with Carol through both of those processes. She was always quick to respond, knowledgeable about our options and made the insurance process the least stressful part of our deals. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an insurance provider.

These guys bought out State Farm Insurance, and quality of customer care is still there. Helpful and they check in from time to time to see if they are meeting our insurance and other needs.

If anyone is shopping around for a new insurance company I recommend this office. Over the last year I have had many changes to my policy. With adding a new driver in the family, changing of a vehicle and adding another vehicle to my policy. Carol @ Kelly Kennedy's office was so accommodating and efficient. HelloRecently I heard about Desjardins insurance alot and than I like let's give it a try when I called a wonderful girl answered my phone call right away without any delay or puting me on hold so long story short this girl her name is leighanne she is a wonderful girl very professional very smart and with a very good customer service skills she helped me out and gave me a good quote for my tow cars and for my property than I called my pervious insurance company to let them know to not renew my insurance because I want to go to other insurance company they tried to stop me and give some more discount but I already made my decision and I got my home and my car insurance with Desjardins because first of all they are very professional very polite and good customer service and good deal and I would like to say thanks to leighanne being very good in his field she is ver smart and very professional and thanks to Desjardins's insurance company as well

I switched to this company a year ago.They have been informative, extremely quick with responding with details. They are very personable and helpful. I have also saved 50% plus on my monthly fees with double the amount of items insured.I highly recommend them to anyone and have told family and friends. They are number one in my books.

I just switched to Desjardins and within an hour of emailing Nicole about new coverage, at 8pm on a Thursday night might I add, she had me completely set up and all information emailed to me. Nicole was polite and professional. I highly recommend her and I will be switching my home insurance to her when it comes up for renewal.

The service at this office was really great!The office associate made sure I understood each item on my auto insurance policy. She spent the necessary time with me to ensure she could give me the best quote.The welcome letter we received in the mail shortly after we signed on from Kelly, broker/owner, was a very nice touch too!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to assist their clientele. Prompt service and always return calls or emails in a timely fashion. Nicole and Shaunna are very friendly and greet you with a warm hello and a smile.Excellent all around experience. Need more businesses to operate at this level.
