I had a new phone set up awhile back, Jessica did a great job. All employees are great and knowledgeable.

The service I received today from CRYSTAL(agent) @ Virgin Mobility was remarkable. Reaching out to please like she tried to do and the information presented was more than enough to help me make my decision. In the world of technology today, it can be very frustrating and fester clients to feel like you are living under too much pressure when knowing what to buy. Mosttimes we buy more than enough or seem to feel we got duped. Not today, I feel it was the first time I felt comfortable and knew exactly what I was about to receive and tonight I am able to use my purchase with a little more confidence because CRYSTAL decided she just might try to present patience care and knowledge of the units, the plan and the service and for that I will always be grateful. Keep doing the CRYSTAL SERVICE......it just might get contagious.......and make us think that HONEY WINS MORE THAN VINEGAR.

Crystal helps me every time I go to the store, she set up my phone plan and made the transfer very easy!! 10/10 would go to crystal again!! Best worker ever!

Best customer service from all staff at the gfw store. I went in just looking for information about a tv i seen online and I was greeted by a young lady name Christine. She is awesome. Highly recommend going to see her for all ur tech questions

I had went into the GFW store to inquire about a smart watch. The sales associate Gary came over to help with my inquiry. He had answer all my questions I had. Gary had recommended that I put the smart watch on a plan to help with my situation. I recommend that if you need anything from the source see Gary and the staff. All where very helpful from start to finish.

The customer service here from Gary is the best customer service I have ever received he goes way above and beyond to help you like no other.

Took an iPad here for them to try to get “unstuck” - although they did their best they weren’t able to help but the customer service was still appreciated. Suggested another place in town to try.
