I had such a lovely experience at Cleos in the Cataraqui centre in Kingston. I am starting a placement at a law firm and had to get some clothing that would be suitable. I had no idea where to start. I was immediately greeted by Bonnie. When I explained why I was there she directed me to the area where I would find the best options for myself. While I was looking she brought over some things she thought I would like. She got a change room ready for me, and brought over some more things for me to try on. She informed me that she had to go on break but Sandi would help me out. She helped me find some tops as well. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sandy and Bonnie!

I had a return...my purchase in a bag...I told the sales lady as much...I went to set my return on the counter and was told to take my purchase from the bag and give it to her..purchases had to be out of the bag..I said how would I know that...It wasn't the rule that I was offended it was the tone of voice...The sweater was touched by me and taken out of the bag at home...she handled the sweater but not allowed to touch...I guess I don't understand. I have never had a problem before today.
