Amazing shop with fantastic staff.I've been to Pfaff a few times now - from basic services to installing an entire Stage III supercharger kit. Each and every time has been a pleasant and simple interaction. Derek has been absolutely fantastic with aiding me in all my requests and comments. Fantastic guy is extremely helpful and easy to talk to. The techs are amazing, as well. Very clean and professional work. They even go so far to detail my car every time I have it in. which I adore about them.I also have to give them MASSIVE credit for completely eating the entire cost of work when one of the parts they installed on my car was faulty. They could have easily forced me to pay once this damage was found, but instead, they covered the labour, the parts, and shipping of new parts. Nothing but love and respect for these guys.I cannot recommend these guys enough and I look forward to them helping me make my cars even more ridiculous.Edit (August 2021).Editing, since I cannot add another review (lol). Want to give a shoutout to Derek for being so patient with me and answering my never ending barrage of questions. Thanks for being patient, man.One of my cars was also recently in an accident and Derek made sure I was able to send the car to a good shop that would fix the properly and in a timely matter.

Derek is the person that I talk with when I was there. He gave me recommendations on what modifications I would need to get to get the outcome I expect. Taking my car there was worry free because they are extremely reputable in the industry. Maybe on a pricy side but I never want to mess around with my investment and I get want I pay for. Pfaff Tuning had no problem helping me kept all my new parts over the winter while my car is in storage so once I activate the insurance, all the parts were ready to be installed. The quote were also very precise at the end. Communications were quick, very responsive.

I can’t recommend this place enough, the service is second to none, Khurram was fantastic every step of the way from my initial phone call all the way to picking up my wheels. Pfaff did a rim restore/refinish for me and the work was far beyond my expectations. Couldn’t be happier!

I've been fortunate enough to own and drive a few fun cars over the years and I've also dealt with several dealerships over the years for aftermarket parts and service. Derek and the whole team at Pfaff Tuning are far and away the best in the GTA. No matter the request, I have never been disappointed and I have always received truly outstanding service. I now only trust Derek and Pfaff Tuning to do the work I need. On top of the excellent service, the communication is great as well. The level of care and service from Derek and Pfaff Tuning exceeds what you would experience at any of the dealerships, the pricing is better, and on top of that, they're great guys.

Prices was very reasonable specially for high end service they provide. Plus their showroom like a museum, worth a visit on its own. Very happy with service and will come back. Great service, great staff, great Environment. Bought a set of custom wheels for my SV from Derek. He was perfect from day 1 until day of install. Even though they were crazy busy and booked up, they managed to squeeze me in, late night and finish my job (given I had waited so long through Covid)...Top notch installation, with color matched balancing weights, low Roadforce numbers (balancing) and zero damage on a very expensive set of rims.I wouldn't say I'm hard to please, but I know a thing or two about wheels/tires and I was pleasantly surprised to see a shop run so effeciently, and an installation done so perfectly.

Got my RS5 worked on and I could not be happier. Khurram was extremely helpful, informative and just really nice to work with. Definitely will come back when the need arises

We were delighted with the service from Pfaff Tuning! After having been fed utter nonsense from one of the Porsche dealership service departments it was refreshing to have a professional team of competent people fix our Porsche quickly and effectively. If your Porsche needs attention take it it Pfaff Tuning! We can't say enough good things about them!
