This is an amazing company. What I really liked about the company is the drivers arrived 20-30 min ahead of schedule to pick up us. This is the third year in a row that I have had a fantastic experience with Go coach charters . The driver Claude has been friendly and amazing. They played our favourite song in the bus on our request. I am happy to had this amazing bus rental service.

Thank-you for the rescue! Our bus broke down, on a super cold weekend. Claude/Go Coach was able to come to our rescue and complete our trip to Hinton.Everyone was very happy with the up graded bus. Clean, 110 power plug-ins, we needed that! Flat screen TV’s. Wifi was also available. We had heat!!The customer service and the professionalism of the driver was exceptional. Excellent busing company! We booked Go Coach for a 3 day tour to Calgary/Banff. (Oct 22) The bus was clean and very comfortable.Safety was noticeably a concern for his passengers! As Claude took excellent care of our group. Very much appreciated!He was easy and accommodating to work with throughout the whole process and trip! I had an effortless booking experience with GO Coach Charters . They have a very accommodating, Friendly group of staff. The driver was very courteous to passenger and professionally dressed, and the Bus was immaculate and comfy. Reclining the seats was a little tricky.. but I was persistent,and I got it! We reached our destination without any problems. Great experience all around! will be using them again and again.

Go Coach got us where we wanted to be -- on time and safely. We had nothing to worry about on the drive but just to sit back and enjoy the lovely Alberta/BC scenery. Surely the best charter bus service in Edmonton area!

Go Coach Charters
Great company to deal with. We recently chartered a bus for a longer haul trip from Fort Saskatchewan into Winnipeg. Even when our group got delayed (our own fault) The driver was over the top accommodating. We will use Go Coach again in the future.
