I was connected to Wagner Heating and Air through an inquiry for a hot water tank replacement at my local Home Depot store. I had already received multiple quotes from local plumbing companies. Wagner’s quote was the most reasonably priced. (This was for a natural gas, power vented model +/-3000.00.) Tammy, the Wagner employee who answered the phone and set up the appointment was amazing. She was prompt, thorough and polite. She sent me a quote by email which outlined every item included in the price. When I asked to change the brand of water heater installed and requested that it was one of the fortis rebate eligible models she researched my preferred brand and confirmed it was eligible for the rebate. ( None of the other companies were interested in helping with this request.) Tammy provided information, pricing and a breakdown of all of the various components and services that I required so I was able to make an informed decision. Communication was excellent and the appointment time was confirmed and met. The technician, Blake and his assistant were on time, neat and tidy and answered all of my questions. After the service, Tammy was helpful in providing the required information to complete the Fortis rebate application. All in all a good service. I would highly recommend Wagner Heating and Air.

Tom and his team at Wagner have surpassed our hopes from the moment we contacted them almost 2 years ago for a heat pump installation. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, quality products and service, wonderful team, and TRUSTWORTHY. We have recommended them, and will continue to use and recommend them. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Had them provide and install a new hot water tank and take the old one away. I requested through the BBB to send requests for quotes to several companies. Wagner Heating got back to me right away, quoted me a fair price and came 24 hours later to install. Installer was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Tom came in and did a quote and was one of 3 companies we had come in and he was definitely the most thorough . Didn’t just rush through. On installation day they were on time and the guys who did the installation were both really friendly and hard working and went over everything at the end . Would definitely recommend their services

They did an awesome job from me asking for a free quote till the installation in the end. Tom explained everything to me on what was needed. He gave me some options and when Josh did the installation, he was prompt, courteous, friendly and he went over everything in the end to make sure we understood how to use our Smart Thermostat. They clean up everything, lay down the cloth over the floor they walk on and put on shoe covers when needed. Great Job Wagner! Highly recommended!

We had the original furnace on our 1985 house replaced, and decided to add air conditioning and a new thermostat while we were at it. Tom is an honest guy who came and met with us and gave a quote that had options and included everything (taxes, permits, electrician, etc). The final bill was that exact quoted number. The install was quick (1.5 days) and painless. Shortly after install we had an issue with the outdoor AC unit but they came and made it right at no extra charge. We are very happy with everything.They are very responsive over phone, text, and email. It is a family owned company in Aldergrove with a large, well organized team that is professional and clean. They come in logo'd vehicles and use modern technology for scheduling, invoicing, etc. Would highly recommend.

Wagner Heating is one of these rare service providers which do not try to sell you unnecessary equipment or parts. They replaced my water heater and conducted HVAC maintenance. All was done very efficiently. They were responsive, punctual and courteous.
