I arrived with 5 minutes until closing knowing very little of dry ice and received a highly informative demonstration as well as safety tips. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. They recommend the perfect amount of ice for my event. The dry ice was the star of the show at my party and made the night unforgettable. I would 100% purchase from here again and recommend to friends.

Got some dry ice for an even I had to keep some frozen product for 2 days. The guys took the time to understand my need and to give me the perfect amount of dry ice to last me through 2 days. Temperature in the cooler never dipped below -20. Incredible!

Best ice company ever! Our ice machine broke down, so we have been ordering from this company for a couple of weeks now. Always been fast, kind and honest. Sometimes, they call us to ask if we need ice which is very nice and considerate. I recommend this company if you want above and beyond service.

This place is a go to for reasonably priced dry ice and good customer service. I rated it 4 stars due to the limited hours of operation.. only till 5pm weekdays and open for 5 hours on the weekend. Always call ahead as I've gone twice and the person has been out on an errand or on lunch, they will get it ready for you.

Horrible horrible place!!!!!!!!!!! Never believe them, i hade an talk to a manager of the store 3 days before of my event he promised that he will have a dry ice for Sunday. Everything was set up i had 150 guests waiting for dry ice experiments!!! When i have arrived for pick up they claimed they don't have any left!!! This was disaster! When i asked why they didn't contact me in that case they start to yell at me! When i asked is there any other place where i can get ice for Sunday they say no!!! But in reality there is!!! With much cheaper price and excellent customer service pass by this store people, look farther for better business relationship. Those are not the ones u wont to be dealing with!
