Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The staff at the counter are absolutely amazing here!! Shivam, Kabir were friendly, helpful, and were able to keep calm dealing with highly agitated customers that were right before me! This is my third booking with Enterprise and the people at the call centre were atrocious to deal with and clueless as to what vehicles the Abbotsford airport actually carried! However, the counter staff had detailed knowledge of inventory and were able to help me modify my booking with tremendous ease! I wish they had a direct line to book from as I will only be booking with Enterprise when I fly to Abbotsford thanks to them!

We had an issue with our reservation. This was on a very busy long weekend where the location had very few cars. The manager, Pawal Singh and the associate Shiv were very understanding about our situation. They went above and beyond what was expected from them to find us a vehicle. Very professional service. Would rent from them again.

I rented a car from this establishment for a couple of days. Unfortunately, I caught a rock and chipped the windshield. I communicated this to Enterprise's representative. They took a day to confirm with a glass repair place. They called me a day later and said they would not charge me for the damage. I could not recommend the place more.

Recently reserved a car through the Enterprise Abbotsford airport location for a five day stay in Vancouver. I had reserved a 'Small sedan (Kia) or similar'. When I arrived the rep said they didn't have exactly what I had reserved, so they gave me a free upgrade to a Jeep. I'm not that much of a car person, so I don't know what I pictured, but when I walked out to the lot it was a Jeep Renegade, complete with tow bars, removable roof and off road tires. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time, I immediately sent a picture to my husband, who called me laughing and wanted to know what about me, middle aged Mom, made the rep think, 'Yep, she'd definitely like to tow something or go off-roading while here'. I have to say, after the initial amusement wore off, I did really enjoy driving it. I did have to adjust to giving the 'Jeep wave' to fellow jeep drivers while I was cruising around Vancouver. Service was amazing, I had pre-entered all my information, like driver's license number, upon booking so everything was ready to go when I picked it up, I only had to show my ID and sign. I added my daughter as a secondary driver upon check in, I needed to show the picture of her driver's license and pay $10/day. Drop off was just park, drop key and walk away, I received my email receipt within fifteen minutes. Car was clean and in great condition. Cost was about $360 total, including the extra $50 for the additional driver. Thank you Enterprise Abbotsford! Definitely recommend and will book again. Pro tip in Abbotsford airport: Go directly to the car rental counter after deplaning to check in and get your key before you get your bag from baggage claim. You can see the baggage carousel from the rental check in counters and if you wait for your bag first, you'll wait in a longer line for your car.

I reserved a car online with a “confirmation”, when I reached to pick it up, it was not available. I was just informed little before my pickup time about the unavailability. Although the guys at the counter tried to help, but extremely poor management from enterprise business.

Many cars in lot but you can't rent them because they are all reserved for someone who never arrived. I watched the lot for a few hours and returned to the lot 3 times and all the apparent reserved cars never left, or were never picked up. The cost for 3 days was over 400 dollars.Would I recommend this rental agent... No.

Wow! I had an incredible experience renting with National. The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was friendly agent Shivam Jain was accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my rental. The vehicle was in pristine condition and drove like a dream. Great staff and overall experience. I’ve been renting vehicles from Enterprise for about a year and they have always gone above and beyond to ensure I’m completely satisfied. This branch is also very well managed.I had a lovely gentleman named Shiv help me out, which led me to leave this review!! Would give more stars to him if I could! 10/10 recommend this place :)

We reserved a car online with Enterprise using Costco travel. Our flight got cancelled and we had to book it on another day and I called them and they told me that the car will be reserved for 24 hours and I don’t need to do anything regarding that. When I got to location, they told me that the car is not reserved and we were supposed to pick it up yesterday. I contacted Costco travel Enterprise again and they told me it was supposed to be reserved for us and the front desk person said that it is not reserved and you can check cars with other companies. It was very frustrating because if we knew that the car will not reserved, we would’ve arrange another rental before arriving.

Rented a vehicle through Enterprise for my trip with friends and had an excellent experience. Very transparent and smooth process getting the vehicle and Pawal went above and beyond helping us out throughout the process which we really appreciated. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and personally will return in the future.
